A friendly caring home with excellent nursing care. Communication between the home & the family are very good. The events team are helpful & encouraging to my dad to get him involved with activities. The food is varied & of a good standard catering for different individual requirements.

All round excellent care for my mother in law. She has been treated like royalty since she arrived and all the staff have been wonderful to her. Feel very confident that her well being is first + foremost in the minds of the staff especially medical.

Mum has been here for both respite care and nw as a permanent resident. She took a while to settle but now feels totally "at home".
She enjoys the trips and the activities and the home is a very happy place.

After checking other facilities I visited for a tour of the facilities here and had no reservation about the place, I was allowed to pick my room, it became apparent from the 1st day that all the staff were there for your requirements everyone was polite all spoke to you. The menus gave you a good selection
and the catering/waitressing personel were prompt and efficient, activities were well organised by the the team I did a 5 weeks restbite stay and would recommend them to anyone requiring the service.

The friendly receptionist gave some very helpful suggestions as to what/where/how we could take my brother in law to give him some time away from the home. Also the staff all seem to know him well and understand what he likes and dislikes. They usually manage to put a smile on his face.

Mum has been in Bourne View for two years and I have seen her go from strength to strength during this period. Bourne View is the perfect care home, where all residents' needs are met and they can live in a safe, supportive and superbly managed environment. The quality of care and living standards are

Our family have been so pleased with care given at Bourne View. Nothing is too much trouble. My brother always looks clean and presentable. The staff always find time for us when we need them.
My brother is not the easiest to feed, but the receptionist took time to get someone from the kitchen to go
through his likes and dislikes. Hoping to improve his meal times. Above and beyond.

My mother has been a resident here for nearly 6 years and has gradually required more care and attention from all areas of the staffing facilities
Overall the quality of care is first class from the first experience at reception to the caring and openness of the carers/nurses. As a relative who visits
at least twice a week, I can state that I wouldnt wish for my mum to be anywhere else. The cakes are good too!

Since becoming a resident in 2019, the standard of Mum's care has remained consistently high. The staff are caring and nothing ever seems to be any trouble. I recently attended the gala evening and the food was comparable to a first-class restaurant. Mum continues to enjoy her food even though her appetite
has diminished. Unfortunately, Mum is unable to attend many of the numerous activities offered however she is visited in her room for regular chats by the companionship team which she enjoys and looks forward to. Mum is pleased to say she is very happy here - a great choice and a well done to all the staff at Bourne View.

Bourne View is an excellent care home. My mum is very happy here. All the staff are very caring and attentive. Everyone speaks to you and they all have a smile on their face all the time. Nothing is too much trouble from any of the staff. Very clean home with amazing decor. I can't recommend this home

First impressions were the cleanliness of the whole place and the decor - fantastic! Staff in all departments were first-class and always with a smile - from the time they started their shift until they finished their shift. Food was excellent, encouraged to participate in all of the activities.
So
good to be able to have hair and nails done during my stay. A first-class hotel but made to feel at home.

What a great place. Needed somewhere for my mum after she fractured her pelvis. From the smooth and last-minute admissions to the great care and attention, Bourne View Care Home has been a salvation. Food is great and the grounds and rooftop are just stellar. Five-star hotel living.
