Excellent, modern facilities and an experienced, caring staff. My mother had to be admitted at short notice and the staff could not have been more helpful. I feel very comfortable and confident about her residing there.

My husband is very happy here with such caring staff and facilities that are second to none. The food is fantastic and you are always welcome when visiting. My husband needs 24-hour care, it is noted that nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I could not wish for a better place for my husband's end-of-life care.

My mum was admitted to Bourne View Care Home for palliative care and had three months of wonderful care at Bourne View. The staff are outstanding, such love and care they give to the residents and support to us, her children too. They also went out of their way to meet Mum's dietary requirements.
The home itself is beautiful, modern and spacious. It was like being in a five-star hotel. Mum couldn't have been in a better place to spend her final few months.

I cannot thank you enough. We will miss you all.

During the time my wife has been a resident at Bourne View, we have been impressed with the skills of the management team and by the gentle care provided by the staff. The home is kept very clean and all the facilities, well maintained. The ratio of space for activities to that of private space is quite high. Food is very variable and well presented. Altogether, highly recommended.

My wife came to the care home for respite care, three weeks ago. We are so pleased we chose the right 'home'. She has been looked after and taken care of so well, nothing is too much trouble for them. Everyone is so helpful, from the management, reception staff, catering, cleaners, hairdressers and above all, nursing staff. Everyone has been so caring, and patient and extended courtesy towards my wife. We would have no hesitation in recommending Colten Care Homes.

Bourne View is a modern, light, bright, contemporary home, with lovely, landscaped surroundings! The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There are lovely dining rooms and sitting areas on each floor. For the permanent residents, there are daily activities. There is also a hairdressing salon. The staff are excellent, caring and helpful. Meals and refreshments are available at frequent intervals.

I have just spent the last month convalescing from a hip operation at Bourne View. The care I received was of the highest standard. All the staff, day and night, could not have been more caring and certainly helped with my speedy recovery from my operation. I must compliment the design team, they have made Bourne View a lovely venue, be it for a short-term or long-term stay and I think it is quite unique.

I refer to my stay at Bourne View, as a 'land-based cruise', with a first-class crew! I was treated with care by all the staff. Unfortunately, the activities were not well attended by the residents. However, an enjoyable respite stay.

My husband was a resident in Bourne View for two weeks which covered the Christmas period. Because of covid, it was not possible to visit for the first week, but as my husband became more and more mentally disturbed, they made it possible for me to see him. The staff are amazing and could not have been kinder under the very difficult circumstances. Thank you all.

My sister and I would highly recommend Bourne View; the care and attention our Mum receives is of a very high standard. The facilities and food are excellent. Our Mum has been a resident for six months now and particularly enjoys the entertainment, varied activities and minibus trips. All the staff across the board are dedicated, efficient and caring. Nothing is too much trouble.

I was a short term resident on rehab following hip surgery. There is very little I can say in addition to my rankings. An experience most enjoyable and Colton Care will be top of my list should I need respite or permanent care in the future.
