Mum moved here as we could no longer cope at home. From the first telephone call to arrange her admission, we have all been made to feel part of the family at Bourne View. Mum's care here is fabulous, she is very comfortable in her room and the staff, each and every one of them make her feel special.
Bourne View is beautifully kept inside and out and above everything, the staff are smiley and very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all.

From the moment you walk through the door, you feel a home of warmth, comfort and community. The staff greet you by name, are always welcoming, friendly and with a smile on their faces. Nothing's too small and everyone always willing to assist. To have to put your parent into a home is a very hard decision
to make. Bourne view have made this transaction smooth and very supportive at all times. When I leave, I know my mother is in very safe hands and happy. An amazing care home with amazing staff.

Everyone is catered for, from the residents to respite and post-operation. The quality of care is superb. All the staff from all departments are caring, friendly and unobtrusive. The food caters for all tastes and diets, with fresh fruit and veg available. The building is art deco and first impression,
overwhelming. Just like living in a 5-star hotel.

All staff are so friendly, warm, nurturing and genuinely caring. Mum has found it difficult leaving her own home, however, with encouragement and kindness from staff, she is now able to participate in activities/outings and eat in the dining room. The staff have attended to Mum's health needs with the
highest standard and compassion. The compassion is extended to all the family. The whole Bourne View team are incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The home is a lovely environment in which to live. It looks lovely, facilities are great, food is excellent, but more importantly, all the staff are caring and loving towards all the residents. I have seen this with my mum as well observing staff interacting with lots of other residents. The residents
are treated and respected as loved family members. It's reassuring and heart warming. We are so pleased to have found Bourne View.

I am so pleased that my mum is in Bourne View. The staff are so lovely and attentive. Nothing is too much for them. I know my mum is well looked after. The food is lovely and her room has a beautiful view. She has said how happy she is there.

My husband is very happy here with such caring staff and facilities that are second to none. The food is fantastic and you are always welcome when visiting. My mum was admitted to Bourne View Care Home for palliative care and had three months of wonderful care at Bourne View. The staff are outstanding, such love and care they give to the residents and support to us, her children too. They also went out of their way to meet Mum's dietary requirements.
The
home itself is beautiful, modern and spacious. It was like being in a five-star hotel. Mum couldn't have been in a better place to spend her final few months.
I cannot thank you enough. We will miss you all.

During the time my wife has been a resident at Bourne View, we have been impressed with the skills of the management team and by the gentle care provided by the staff. The home is kept very clean and all the facilities, well maintained. The ratio of space for activities to that of private space is quite

My wife came to the care home for respite care, three weeks ago. We are so pleased we chose the right 'home'. She has been looked after and taken care of so well, nothing is too much trouble for them. Everyone is so helpful, from the management, reception staff, catering, cleaners, hairdressers and
above all, nursing staff. Everyone has been so caring, and patient and extended courtesy towards my wife. We would have no hesitation in recommending Colten Care Homes.

Bourne View is a modern, light, bright, contemporary home, with lovely, landscaped surroundings! The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There are lovely dining rooms and sitting areas on each floor. For the permanent residents, there are daily activities. There is also a hairdressing salon. The staff
are excellent, caring and helpful. Meals and refreshments are available at frequent intervals.

I have just spent the last month convalescing from a hip operation at Bourne View. The care I received was of the highest standard. All the staff, day and night, could not have been more caring and certainly helped with my speedy recovery from my operation. I must compliment the design team, they have

Very friendly, caring, kind and willing staff whose sole purpose seems to want you to be happy and enjoy your stay as much as possible. Good food with self-selection menus daily. Plenty of activities every day, together with regular outings on the home's minibus.
