A splendid home with excellent, caring staff. I am staying longer than I had planned- I will happily recommend it to others. Very appropriately, it is also light, airy and young in spirit.

My mother came to Bourne View from hospital. She was given an extremely warm welcome and made to feel at home. Bourne View, in my opinion, cannot be faulted. The staff are extremely helpful and my mother is treated with respect and dignity. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bourne View. It really is a beautiful care home and well managed.

From the moment I have interacted with the Bourne View team as a general enquiry, through to during my mother's stay, there is nothing to say that could indicate how excellent the whole experience has been. My mother has some special dietary needs that have been dealt with excellently. The standard of residence, care and support is excellent and I am very happy to recommend here to anyone else.

Excellent doesn't even go half way to describe this wonderful home. The care my husband is receiving is exemplary with everyone, without exception, so very kind, friendly and helpful. Any request made is dealt with immediately and with a smile! The actual building, public rooms, suites etc are divine. One couldn't get better in a 5-star hotel. I know my husband will be cherished here for the rest of his life.

I like the beautiful surroundings and relaxed environment. The rooftop garden is lovingly cared for by the amazing gardener. It was really enjoyable to hear about the plan for the garden when I viewed.
The food is excellent, a nice variety and freshly prepared. The list of meals I have enjoyed is long.

The manager has a professional approach and the birthday party was amazing. I have still kept my birthday card from all of the Bourne View staff.
