Always a lovely welcome by the staff. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Always drinks and cakes anytime for everyone. Staff is always interactive with everybody, can't do enough for you. Feels like home.

I have always known that I would find myself caring for others. At 19 I left college and worked in a few different social care settings before finding my passion in dementia care. I started as a care assistant and found myself as a Home Manager at 24 years old and haven't looked back since. I adore empowering people - residents and staff alike.


I am delighted to have joined Milford Care, as I have wanted to be part of Milford Care for some time now; I visited Buddleia House on its open day back in 2019 and I adore the home.’
