Dad has resided at Baycroft in Flitwick since just before Christmas. It has obviously been hard for him to leave his own home but he needed more help and support where he could be safe. All the staff at the home; carers, nurses, domestic staff, admin, activity coordinator and the chefs, (apologies if
I have left anyone out), have been so welcoming and patient and have done all they can to ensure Dad settles in and feels part of the community there. They are all so caring and have good insight into the difficulties both physically and mentally that advancing age can bring and treat their residents with respect and dignity. Baycroft is beautiful, homely, clean and welcoming for all the family and the food is as good as a top-notch restaurant, no concerns of malnutrition here. My family and I are so pleased that we chose Baycroft, where there is so much going on to ensure life can still be fun and productive in our advancing years. Thank you for looking after my dad.

Excellent quality, accommodation, staff, care, facilities. Welcoming, and knowledgeable. My mother is very happy here and does not hesitate to tell us which, for her, is high praise indeed!
