Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

My father is now a resident at Invicta Court. The care home is situated in lovely surroundings. The garden is lovely with beautiful flowers and homegrown vegetables in the Summer months. The care home is kept to a very high standard. There is a wide choice of daily activities for the residents and the
entertainment is fantastic. The management and staff are amazing, always available should you have any concerns and all so extremely kind and caring. My father is very content in his new home and the family know that he is cared for by each and every one of the wonderful staff.

Feel so relaxed knowing my mum is in good hands, the staff are very kind and nothing seems to much trouble always looks very clean, a lovely area where you can have a cake and drink, and lovely kept gardens, cinema, and have always got something going on. I recommend Invictor Care Home to anyone who
is thinking of sending their loved ones to a home.

Mum has dementia and initially went to Invicta Court on respite. Any changes can be challenging for someone living with dementia and Mum took a while to settle but with the patience and care she has received she decided she loves it there and is now a permanent resident.
As a family, we are so relieved
and grateful Mum is being so well looked after. Every member of staff has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is very welcoming and Mum has bonded so well with her carers and the nurses who are so patient and kind. She is joining in with the activities and her life is so much better now than when she lived alone. There is such a lovely atmosphere here and I would highly recommend it. We are so pleased we chose Invicta Court.

Thank you all for an amazing D-Day celebration today. We were treated to a fabulous menu topped off by birthday cake. The food is always brilliant especially the cake, which is Mum's favourite. Your decorations were brilliant as were the table placings. I especially enjoyed the summer cocktail. The
singer was a perfect accompaniment to a special day of remembrance. Mum has been with you since February 2024 and we are so lucky there was space for her. Thank you all so much. She is in such good hands.

We have just attended a quite excellent D-Day lunch. There was a fantastic engagement from residents and the staff had all put in a huge amount of effort to lay out tables to decorate the rooms and to dress up in period costumes so as to mark the day with fun, music and laughter as well as remembering
the sacrifice of all involved that day and in the months afterwards. It was a joy to see residents singing and dancing to music of the period (and later). Invicta Court at its very best.

We were fortunate to be able to attend the Invicta Court, 'D Day Party' on the 6th June. The Invicta team deserve a huge pat on the back for putting on what was a most entertaining and memorable event which seemed to be enjoyed by all. It was also good to see that a balance was achieved between respectful
reflection and celebration as it was obvious that for some residents, their memories of this time remained painful ones. Well done the catering team for their creative menu!

The staff have recently gone over and above to ensure my mother could be a part of her granddaughter's wedding even though she was unable to attend. They helped her make a little video played during the speeches, arranged a live link so she could watch the ceremony and organised a fabulous wedding breakfast
so that mum had a special day too. The whole family really appreciated the effort that went into helping mum be a part of the day. It is indicative of the care given to residents, at a level which is sympathetic to their varied diagnoses, to ensure their lives are as happy and fulfilled as possible.

An exceptionally caring, clean comfortable, safe, happy home for Mum.
I feel that all staff at Invicta are now part of the family - we are all one team doing whatever we can to ensure Mum is happy, fulfilled and safe.
This extends beyond her day-to-day needs including welcoming family members to
join in activities such as cinema evenings, tea parties, and trips, and arranging invaluable information events for family such as financial planning, and living with dementia advice.
We were understandably nervous about moving Mum to Invicta - but have never once regretted the decision.

I was surprised that no member of senior staff visited on Christmas Day/Boxing Day/New Year's Eve!
These are not complaints, just suggestions but as a very low-sighted person, a chair at the basin would have been a great help.
As my room only had doors, no window could be opened at night.
Table napkins
were not always available.

We would like to reassure you that our deputy manager was working in the home on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and apologise for the inconvenience if you felt there were not enough table napkins available during your stay. During this time, we were experiencing some issues with our tumble dryers which we are pleased to say has since been resolved. The ground floor rooms have door access to a patio however these rooms do also have a window and wondered if perhaps you are instead referring to the safety restrictions on how wide these can open. Our care is very tailored to individual needs and a chair at the basin wouldn't necessarily benefit every resident but we could, of course, have provided one if requested. We hope you would consider Invicta Court for your future care needs however please do feel free to speak to the home manager directly to address any concerns you may have.

Invicta Court is an outstanding care home. The facilities are excellent, and there are plenty of thoughtful and imaginative activities available, but it is the staff who deserve special mention. My mother has been a resident on the nursing floor for two years, and the care she has received has been
exemplary. Everyone on the management team is kind and efficient, but the key thing is the carers themselves. They really do care.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to one individual who works at Invicta Court Care Home who in my opinion, excels above the rest. I wouldn’t normally single out an individual in an organisation which is in a different league from the competition and has set the bar firmly at the top!
However, I must refer to the Customer Relations Manager, whom I believe is one of the reasons that Invicta Court is where it is right now, at the forefront of care homes in this country.
It is for this reason that I would like to publicly commend her for her professional approach and business efficiency and I am comfortably instilled with confidence, knowing that my mother is in the very best care home.
This particular member of staff is truly ‘One of a kind’ and a credit to this establishment and to Care UK.

I was invited by the team to join my husband for a Valentine's Day lunch. This was beyond my expectations. The coffee area was beautifully decorated and individual tables for two were dressed with flowers and hearts. A delicious lunch was served by the staff. It was a most enjoyable occasion. My husband
has been a resident in Invicta Court for seven months and he has settled very happily. The care he receives is excellent.

My wife was a resident at Invicta Court from December 2023 to March 2024 and during her time there she received fabulous nursing care. The team there are wonderful from the manager onwards, friendly, helpful and extremely caring to the residents. My wife was really made welcome and the staff went the

Mum spent almost 4 years at Invicta Court having transferred from another nursing home. It's modern, with excellent facilities and lovely rooms. It feels spacious and tranquil, where you can engage in activities if the mood takes you or opt for peace and quiet in your own room.
Whilst the facilities
are extremely good that is not what makes a place like Invicta Court. It is the staff that counts and they were brilliant - caring, compassionate and genuinely helpful. Life was not without its problems but these were small and generally resolved easily. There was lots of laughter and Mum had her favorite carers. Just the fact that there were a number of staff that were present throughout Mum's time there tells you that there is not a high staff turnover. It's a well-run, professional and happy environment and they contributed significantly in making the last few years of Mum's life as comfortable and happy as possible.
I have no reservations in thoroughly recommending Invicta Court.

My partner moved to Invicta Court in August 2023 in the dementia suite.
I was very satisfied with the care he received. All aspects of his stay were good to excellent, accommodation, cleanliness/hygiene, food and the restaurant. The cafe and pleasant garden and views made it easy to socialise.
Staff
are the most important part of care and I commend virtually all I met. There was a good balance of kindness and professionalism, raising issues was quick, responses were fast and effective, there is in-house training and performance incentives, company and staff are committed to an excellence programme, and regular meetings give residents/families a voice.
There is a full programme of imaginative activities and staff worked hard to engage those with dementia in their programme as well.
My partner died at the home, his good care continued to the end of his life and the family were shown every consideration and warmth.
Care is expensive, but if affordable choosing Invicta Court is a no-brainer.

    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 75 registered maximum number of service users is 15, which has been reached with 46 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Home Manager

I was keen to join Care UK because it is a well-respected organisation with impressive values and a strong portfolio of homes around the country. I joined Invicta Court at the beginning of its journey as I was keen to be involved in commissioning a new home and shaping the standards of care, right from the start.


My favourite part of the day at our Maidstone care home is when I get the chance to talk to the residents. Listening to their life experiences is fascinating, and by getting to know the people we care for, we’re better able to provide person-centred, high quality care.


I’m enjoying working with the team to build Invicta Court’s reputation for great care, to enable residents to live their lives to the full, and to make residents’ wishes a reality.


At Invicta Court I'm also the Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Champion for the home. It's my job to establish and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness so that residents, colleagues and visitors keep safe.
