other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

I can't thank the staff at Invicta Court enough for all the care and compassion they showed my dad. He was only there a short while but they did everything they could to make his stay safe and comfortable. They were so kind to both my dad and me, especially towards the end of his life. They made him
very comfortable and the care was exceptional, plus all the little extra touches were appreciated.

This care home is wonderful. All staff, nurses, admin staff are so caring. Noting is too much trouble for them. The staff will sit and listen and are there for you and the person in care. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a care home for their loved ones.

My darling mum passed away at Invicta Court Nursing Home on 1st June 2022. She had lived there for the last two years of her life and, as a family, we are so pleased that Mum was living in such a clean, tidy, well-managed nursing home. The standard of care she received from the outset was wonderful.
All of the staff were so caring and thoughtful. Her room was always beautifully looked after, and the food she received was of the highest quality. Even when she became less able to move about, the activities staff always tried to include her as much as possible. Sadly, as her health deteriorated, she had to move from the residential suite to the nursing suite. Her move to a different room was managed with the utmost kindness. The care she received in the last few weeks of her life was exemplary. She was cared for with dignity and respect. The staff treated Mum and us in the same way that they would a member of their own family. We will never be able to thank them enough for all they did.

The staff, surroundings, rooms and facilities were all excellent at Invicta Court. My dad had what he needed when he needed it, especially in his final days. Cleanliness and the covid protocol was thorough and followed at all times. The whole family were extremely happy with dad's care which helped
a huge amount when we knew none of us could be there. I would not have any reservations in recommending this care/nursing home. The staff would always spare us time to answer questions we had regarding our dad.

I can't thank Invicta Court enough. From the moment I first contacted them, they have been professional, helpful and supportive. The level of care is outstanding from all the staff and everyone, residents and staff are always happy.
The food is better than many hotels with a lovely variety of fresh
seasonal produce. There is also a wonderful mixture of activities put on daily. We couldn't have wished for a better place for my dad to be.

My wife went into Invicta Court for a period of respite which was extended to a longer stay until a facility was found nearer her home.
She was cared for with skill, kindness and friendliness in well-appointed accommodation. By the time of her leaving, several members of the nursing and caring staff
had become her friends; she left with a degree of reluctance. Care UK can be proud of Invicta Court.

My husband was admitted to Invicta Court Care Home for end of life care. We knew immediately that he was going to be well cared for, the welcome that we all received and the attention to detail was fantastic. All the staff from every department were so caring , considerate and and thoughtful. My daughters
and I were allowed to stay with my husband as he was so unwell, we all felt involved in his last days, supported and very happy that we had chosen Invicta Court Care Home.

From the moment we saw Invicta Court we knew it was the right place for mum - more like a hotel than a care home. Beautiful furnishings and layout created with thought, large bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, general areas upmarket and enticing, plus excellent facilities such as a hair salon, cinema room
and cafe. There was no feel of a hospital unlike many other homes we saw, even on the nursing floor. Mum was end of life and only spent a week at Invicta but during that time she received gentle and respectful care from all the staff. They paid attention to little details that helped to maintain mums dignity during this difficult time and they made my siblings and I welcome and cared for as we spent her last few days together. Regardless of whether staff were nurses, care workers or office staff, everyone was kind, helpful and caring.

I received such a warm and informative reception when deciding between different nursing homes. This reception was even better and warmer when Dad arrived. The facilities are perfect, all equipment is brand new and plentiful. The care has been excellent and all Dad's needs have been met very well. His
health has improved as a direct result of the care he has received.
I have at times struggled to make contact via phone when the nurses and care assistants are busy, which is to be expected. Whenever I do get through, every staff member I have spoken to have all been really cheerful, very well informed and really helpful.

I would sincerely like to thank all the staff at Invicta Court, management, carers, chef, nurses, team leaders, entertainment manager. My father recently came out of isolation and to celebrate the staff arranged a 'date night' for my father (95 years old) and mother (98 years old). My mother is of Indian
heritage. One of the carers on her day off came in and dressed my mother appropriately. The chef cooked a curry etc. Needless to say, my parents were overwhelmed as I am. Memorable moments.

My mum came to Invicta Court for an assessment from hospital. Due to Covid restrictions, I was not able to visit, however, when I spoke to mum on the phone she always praised the staff and thought her room was lovely. Mum was quite poorly during her stay, but I cannot fault the care and attention she
received by the devoted staff. I was kept informed on mum's progress on a regular basis. Mum remained at the home for 9 weeks, until she sadly became ill and passed away in hospital. I cannot thank the staff enough for treating mum with such kindness and respect.

My sister is 89 and is disabled. She hated the thought of going into a care home and really didn't want to go for respite care at all. However, the minute she arrived at Invicta Court everything changed. She loved the marvellous care and immediately felt at home with the superb staff. She was treated
with respect and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. She even had a manicure and was thrilled with her saucy red nails. It was so good to know she was being cared for so wonderfully. Thank you Invicta Court.

The staff couldn't have treated my mother any better. They were ALL so kind, caring and prepared to go the extra mile. Everyone was very welcoming and took time to explain anything to my mother and myself and brother. The food was excellent - again everyone taking great pains to ensure it was tasty,
nutritious and presented well. I cannot praise everyone highly enough.


Covid obviously limited activities etc but great care and attention was paid to the safety of residents.

An excellent care home in all respects. Our mum was admitted for end of life care and could not have received better treatment. All of her needs were met with dignity, respect, care and compassion. The beautiful immaculate room and surroundings made for a calm and safe atmosphere. My sister and I were

Job Title: Home Manager

I was keen to join Care UK because it is a well-respected organisation with impressive values and a strong portfolio of homes around the country. I joined Invicta Court at the beginning of its journey as I was keen to be involved in commissioning a new home and shaping the standards of care, right from the start.


My favourite part of the day at our Maidstone care home is when I get the chance to talk to the residents. Listening to their life experiences is fascinating, and by getting to know the people we care for, we’re better able to provide person-centred, high quality care.


I’m enjoying working with the team to build Invicta Court’s reputation for great care, to enable residents to live their lives to the full, and to make residents’ wishes a reality.


At Invicta Court I'm also the Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Champion for the home. It's my job to establish and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness so that residents, colleagues and visitors keep safe.
