Invicta Court care home in Maidstone offers an impressive range of quality care services for older people that are tailored to their needs, preferences and interests, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

As well as providing permanent and short-term nursing, residential and dementia care, the highly trained team offers step-down care to enable older people to regain their strength and mobility after a hospital stay.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Our mother has now lived in her new home for over 14 months. The care and support she receives from Invicta is second to none. All of the staff from the admin to the carers are professional and supportive of all of the resident's needs. There is a genuine show of affection from many of the staff to
the residents. The facilities and the events run by Invicta are enjoyed not only by the residents but also by visiting family and friends. We feel so lucky to have placed our mother in such a caring environment.

My father passed away in November 2022, having been on the residential suite since May. At the start, we visited several homes. Invicta Court was by far the best one for him and was his preference. From the very start, the attention and support was second to none. Be it a question of lifestyle, medical,
or general day-to-day support, nothing was too much trouble.
Apart from five-star surroundings, what impressed me (and was most important) was the excellence of the staff. The willingness to go the extra mile, to offer flexibility when needed, to empathy shown at all times and the foresight (of those on Lady Baillie suite) to anticipate a need and provide the answer, whatever it may have been, was always evident and very much appreciated.
When the end was near, the stops that were pulled out to ensure that Dad could return to Invicta were nothing short of phenomenal. Words cannot express our appreciation for that and we cannot thank you enough.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by the team at Invicta Court Care Home. Making the decision to move my mum there has truly been one of the best choices I've ever made. From the moment we stepped through the doors, it was evident that the staff were dedicated
and compassionate professionals. My mum faced numerous health challenges, but the team at Invicta Court went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being.
Their level of care was truly remarkable, and they treated my mum with the utmost respect and kindness.
Thank you for everything you've done to make my mum's time there so special. You've made a difficult situation much more manageable, and for that, I am truly thankful.

My mum took a turn for the worse I was rung up, I arrived and the staff were fabulous women as I was upset. They called the doctor and put him on loud speaker so I could hear what was being said he told me Mum was at end of life now. Which was what I’d expected. The staff there were so caring with Mum
myself and my brothers their kindness is something I will never forget. Then Mum rallied that was a couple of months ago and she’s still here being her lovely self. I’ve always found every member of staff approachable.

My sister and I had reservations about moving my mother to a care home but had little alternative due to the need for closer supervision. Invicta Court were extremely helpful and thorough right from the time we decided to apply for a place. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly when my
mother visited and this has continued to be the norm. My mother has suffered a couple of medical emergencies since entering Invicta Court and these have been dealt with professionally and with kindness and care. The environment is very pleasant and well thought out and there are plenty of activities and every facility that my mother needs. I have been particularly impressed by the staff who seem to have a strong community spirit working together on activities and providing support outside normal working hours. I am happy that my mother is now in an environment where she can have the best quality of life for her age and ability.

My mother was a resident at Invicta Court from January 23 to April 23. During that time, the care she received was excellent, and she frequently commented on how lucky we were to find such a lovely place and how caring the staff were that they could not do enough to make her comfortable. Their response
to her needs, both physical and medical, could not be faulted.
My wife worked in the care sector for eight years and said that she had not known any other residence to have such good facilities and staff.
We have recommended Invicta Care to friends who are also very pleased with the care their relative is receiving. I will continue to highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance for a relative.

My father was at Invicta Court for ten months, and the care and attention he was given during his illness was unparalleled. Every member of staff was professional, cheerful and positive at all times.
Everyone always gave that little bit extra, and my father was made to feel special. The support that
was also given to our family was very much appreciated. I have visited family and friends in other care homes, and they are not comparable to Invicta Court, in my opinion, and I have already recommended it to people.

It is always a very difficult time when our loved ones have to move into a care home but I cannot stress enough how much the team at Invicta

My Mum has been a resident of Invicta Court since May 2022. In all that time her care has been second to none and I feel secure knowing that she is being looked after by a team of brilliant people. If you imagine the awful places you see on TV, the ones you would be scared to leave your loved one in,
well Invicta Court is the total opposite. Wonderful professional staff who know every resident, so clean, good food, lots of activities, lovely places to sit with the family. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Yes it’s expensive, but not much more than other care homes, and totally worth every penny for my mum’s care. So glad I found it for my mum; she is very happy there.

The management and staff are caring, considerate, and very supportive to residents and families.
The rooms are lovely and clean, lots of activites, a garden and cafe for families to use on visits.
The food is excellent.
Towards the end of
my mother's life we couldn't have asked for better care and support.
I would highly recommend this care home.

My mum moved to Invicta Court in August 2021. She sadly died in February 2023 after being on palliative care for 7 months. I can honestly say she had the best care during her time at Invicta Court, even when she was bedridden and was struggling to eat or communicate, the staff were wonderful and I could
not fault the care she received. Mum had been living in her own home prior to becoming ill and losing some mobility which made the prospect of staying at home impossible. She was very introverted and shy. When she arrived at Invicta Court she made friends and enjoyed the coffee mornings and entertainment - something she would never have done if still at home. She loved her room, and she felt safe and cared for. She got all the help she needed when she needed it, and peace and privacy when she wanted that. During the long period of her decline, it was not just Mum who received support and kindness - we (her family) were given so much emotional and practical help.

My father was a resident of Invicta Court from May 2022 until he passed away in June 2023. Throughout his time there, he was treated with great sensitivity and friendliness by the superb staff. From the manager of the home through to all the care and nursing staff, catering and cleaning and janitorial
staff, everyone treated him superbly. Whenever I visited/one of our family, we were made to feel welcome. I cannot praise Invicta Court highly enough.

Invicta Court is a very friendly and caring home.
The staff are always really kind and helpful.
Everything in the home has been well thought out, with some great facilities and activities for the residents to enjoy.
Beautiful gardens, plenty of good food and comfortable rooms. The cafe area is
a great place to sit and chat.
It is a relief for me to know that Mum is being so well looked after in such a lovely environment.

My mum moved to Invicta Court in November 2022 - in December she had a bad fall and broke her hip which has resulted in a great deterioration of her well-being. I felt that her injuries were partly due to negligence in her care at this home and were later told of a complete change of events. I would
not recommend this care home to anyone and feel greatly let down by Invicta Court management in our situation.

Invicta Court Care Home is a first-class care home. Staff are extremely caring. Lots of activities are offered to make it enjoyable for the residents. The home has it's own cafe, cinema room, hairdresser and a beautiful garden. I cannot recommend Invicta Court highly enough.

Have been completely overwhelmed by the support and care given to myself and my father since making the first phone call. My father has only been a resident for three months but to say his life has changed for the best is an understatement, as has mine. I have my dad back and he is happy, safe, clean,
well fed and enjoying all the activities. Dad is 91 years old and with this professional care and kindest of all, the staff, he will certainly enjoy the remaining years! Thank you all at Invicta Court.

I have been a resident here for three months. Prior to coming, I lived alone, since my wife passed away, for twenty-three years. Since coming here it's been like a dream come true! The home is beautiful, everything has been well thought out and the decor is amazing. The manager and all the staff are
amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so kind, caring and friendly. I cannot find a fault with anything. Thank you, life is superb!

Job Title: Home Manager

I was keen to join Care UK because it is a well-respected organisation with impressive values and a strong portfolio of homes around the country. I joined Invicta Court at the beginning of its journey as I was keen to be involved in commissioning a new home and shaping the standards of care, right from the start.


My favourite part of the day at our Maidstone care home is when I get the chance to talk to the residents. Listening to their life experiences is fascinating, and by getting to know the people we care for, we’re better able to provide person-centred, high quality care.


I’m enjoying working with the team to build Invicta Court’s reputation for great care, to enable residents to live their lives to the full, and to make residents’ wishes a reality.


At Invicta Court I'm also the Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Champion for the home. It's my job to establish and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness so that residents, colleagues and visitors keep safe.
