Wow, what a complimentary review to us as a home. Your loved ones admission into St Lauras has been a extra special one, from the phone call from enquiry to now - it has been a journey and a lovely one at that. Seeing your loved one on their dementia journey has understandably been a challenge and emotional rollercoaster for you all. Throughout you have all put your trust in us to guide you and worked with us to make it as peaceful for him as we could. Thank you for your lovely and kind words and we truly look forward to getting to know you all more, here's to our future as one big family.

Caring for your Mum has been a delight over the past few weeks. I am so pleased our paths crossed and you chose to move her into our care and of course thankful you put your trust into me and my amazing team to care for her. Mum has brought us a barrel of laughs and has certainly put her own stamp on the home, from getting us ordering Cheeseburgers to making videos with the staff - she really is a special lady with the best sense of humour. We hope to continue to make this time of her life a special and rememberable one, thank you for supporting us and your kind words - the team deserve to hear this wonderful feedback and should be proud of it!

It was again the upmost of pleasures to have your wonderful Husband stay with us, we already look forward to his next stay here at St Lauras. We hope you enjoyed your holiday, especially knowing that he was in safe hands. Remember to come back to join in with any of our activities and to have dinner with us whenever you like. Well, we can certainly say Mum's case was a 'different one' - First resident we have had at St Lauras of who came to us straight from another country! It was reassuring for me as the Manager to know that throughout the whole transition ... we had you to support us with helping Mum settle. The love, care and compassion you have for your Mum is priceless and having the team build relationships with you both has been very special indeed. Knowing Mum feels 'safe' here at St Lauras is everything to us, we hope to continue to build on St Lauras being Mums 'home' and hope you both continue to know just how grateful we are that you ever trusted in us to make a house a home. Thank you for your ongoing support and kindness, she is a very unique lady - in all the best ways!

We read this review with warm and heavy hearts with Mum now at rest. Thank you to you and to Dad for being such a wonderful family for us to be part of. It has been a short story so far with us and Dad but getting to know his character and make friendships with both residents and staff is - priceless to us.
