My mum has been in and out of hospital since September - Fenchurch House staff were fundamental in helping me to get Mum out of the hospital. She is very confused at the moment, however, everyone at Fenchurch House has worked so hard to ensure that Mum feels safe and secure and cared for. We are all looking forward to Mum enjoying the activities and more interaction with others once the two-week isolation is over. I am very happy with where Mum is and feel relieved that she is being cared for so well. I wrote this review on Friday 13th at 8.30 in the morning. At 10.30 I had a call from Fenchurch House to say that my mum had passed away suddenly. I have to say that I am so grateful to everyone there for their kindness and love towards my mum. I cannot fault the way that they handled this situation and I will always be so reassured that my mum, despite only being there for 10 days, was loved by them all. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you to you all.
