My mum went into respite care for 2 weeks at the Belmont. She really enjoyed her time there. Everyone made her very welcome and took good care of her. Mum joined in activities like bingo listening to a choir and visit to local school. She will definitely go in again for respite care
We would like to thank you for your lovely review.
We hope mum is keeping well and we look forward to see mum again soon.
Take care from all the team at the Belmont.
It is nearly two months since mum moved into The Belmont Care Home, and initially it has taken several weeks for her to identify the people who are the heroes and the zeros, find out how things work or don't work and get familiar with the rules and regulations. Not that there are too many of these, this is not a regimented home and overall the atmosphere is very relaxed. We have been most impressed with the accommodation, not just the provision of a room and care services but the way in which she has been able to bring in her own furniture, pictures/photos, TV/DVD combo and all sorts of personal items. It is this in particular which makes her feel she has retained her individuality and has eased her transition. The prime rationale behind getting mum residency at The Belmont was to ensure that she has 24 x 7 care on tap, which is most certainly the case and is covered excellently. I'm now starting to see mum settling in and this is an added reassurance that she is in the Right Place
I would like to thank you for a lovely review, I will be sure to pass this on to the rest of them.
We hope you have a good day.
Kind Regards
The Belmont team
I am so grateful to all the carers for their hard work and dedication to my mum.

Mum has made some lovely friends amongst the other residents and regularly takes part in and enjoys the wide variety of activities and entertainment on offer - there's something for everyone!
Mum has been looked after professionally, always kindly and with dignity and the views and preferences of residents and their relatives are always listened to.
The staff are really lovely, genuine and friendly throughout The Belmont and the care is excellent.
I would like to thank you for your lovely review, i will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the time.

My stepmother has been resident at The Belmont under dementia care for the last 18 months and over that time , all staff at The Belmont have shown professionalism, patience and care in all areas. The home is purpose built which helps both residents and staff to be comfortable in a modern stylish environment. Activities are scheduled daily to keep residents engaged and entertained as much - or as little - as they want.
In that knowledge, the family have every confidence that she is in the best possible place going forward and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in similar circumstances.
I hope you are well.
I would like to take the time to thank you for this lovely review, i will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team.

The team at the Belmont are so great. The care team are really engaged with the residents & very safety conscious without being overbearing. The activities ladies work really hard to keep the days interesting with things to do, trips out & lots of socialising. Family & friends are made very welcome by all the staff & greeted by name.
We are so pleased that our Mum has settled and is happy with her new home, it's all as her daughters we could wish for.
We hope you are well.
I would like to thank you for your lovely review and to say we are very happy mum made the choice to make the Belmont her home.
I will be sure to pass your review over to the rest of the team.

The Belmont team would like to thank you for a lovely review.
It was an absolute pleasure to look after dad and he is very much missed.
Sending our regards and hope to see dad soon.
Take care from all the Belmont team.
We moved my father in law into The Belmont assisted living home, Worcester, in April 2026. Before even making the move, the support, guidance and care we received in preparing was exceptional. We initially chose the Belmont because of its excellent location, friendly and caring staff and wide range of social activities. Since moving in, my father in law has been well looked after, encouraged to get involved and he very much enjoys the meals. It's been a huge relief knowing he is being cared for in a respectful and friendly environment. I would highly recommend the Belmont to any family seeking the next chapter of care and support for their loved one.
Hope you are well.
I would like to thank you for a lovely review, I will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team.

The home itself is like a five star hotel, from the moment you enter the foyer area it is clean, warm and welcoming. All the staff are extremely friendly, caring and all address mum by her name which as her daughter its very reassuring to see how much they care and love their work.
I would like to thank everyone for helping make The Belmont mums new home.
The Belmont team would like to thank you for your lovely review.
I will be sure to pass your review to the rest of the team.

The bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped, complemented by beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean communal areas.
It's never easy placing a loved one into someone else's care, but communication with our family has always been excellent, giving us peace of mind whilst we are away.
I would like to thank you for your lovely review, I will be sure to pass this on to the rest of team.
We all ways look forward to having mum with us.
Hope you are well well and we will see you soon.
Take care from all the team at the Belmont.
As a son I feel part of the 'Belmont family'. I'm relaxed to discuss any issues of concerns with the managers and know someone will listen.
We would like to thank you for your lovely feedback, i will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team.
A morning Hug from mum is how we love to start our day.
Kind regards
From The Belmont Team
The Belmont came to our aid when we needed urgent respite care for my father, who'd had a series of falls in a short space of time. They'd left him so unwell we had little time to compare other care homes, but we're sure we couldn't have done better if we had. The Belmont looks like an immaculately-maintained hotel, but it feels like a welcoming home where the staff are kind, professional and look after the residents with real dedication. Under their care, my father has started to regain his health and has now become a permanent resident. He says he feels safe again there, which is so reassuring for him and for us to hear.
There is a wide-ranging list of activities on offer at the home. My father is quietly adjusting to this new way of life and is hard of hearing, so has not yet taken part in any (apart from the hairdressers!). We hope he may do so in time, but while the staff always invite him it's nice that there's no pressure to do so. We'd definitely recommend The Belmont to all.
I will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team.
we hope you have a lovely weekend.
Kind regards
from the Belmont team
5 star all the way ! My Uncle enjoyed respite at the Belmont at Christmas and decided when he went home that he would like to go there on a permanent basis. He went back on 19th January this year and the change in him is remarkable in such a short space of time. He had not been coping very well after my Auntie died and because I live about 2 1/2 hours away, it was a big worry to me. He is enjoying the food, the activities, the wonderful surroundings and most of all care and kindness and professionalism from all of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. He is starting to make friends there too. I am so grateful that we found the Belmont and my uncle has had the opportunity to enjoy a new life there. It is a big relief for me to know that he is safe, happy and well cared for.
I would like to thank you for your lovely review.
I will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team.
Hope you have a lovely day from the Belmont family.
The home is beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are so friendly, addressing my mother by name, even when she hasn't been there for several months. She looks forward to going there, and after a short while, her mood improves and she is mentally brighter. She enjoys the activities too.
The home is like entering a 5* hotel, but has so much friendliness, warmth and care. It's always spotless and the food is excellent.
Thank you for looking after mum, so i can have a real break.
I would like to thank you for your lovely review.
I will be sure to pass this on to he rest of the team.
We look forward to seeing mum soon.
Take care from all the team at the Belmont.
The Belmont is very clean and the other residents seem content and well looked after.
Although my mother was reluctant to take part, there are a range of activities with something on every day.
I personally feel that the televisions should be on the ground level instead of being wall-hung, but I suppose that is for safety reasons.
The staff are all very friendly, approachable and seem to really enjoy looking after the residents.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Belmont to anyone.
The Belmont team would like to thank you for your Lovely review.
His discharge from hospital was a little sooner than we anticipated, but everyone at the Belmont stepped up immediately to get everything ready for his arrival. The Manager took time to speak to my father whilst he was in hospital which was very reassuring for him. The facilities are great and everyone we have met from reception to the carers and managers on his floor have been welcoming, polite and courteous.
He now enjoys getting involved with the numerous activities that are arranged throughout the week. Food is excellent and there is always someone there in minutes if he needs anything.
My father began to show strong signs of recovery within days, following his stay in hospital. We are very pleased that he is safe and comfortable in his new surroundings, under the care of the team at the Belmont.
I would like to thank you for your lovely review.
I will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team.
Mum has been a resident for 3 years, she is happy and loves the staff who are kind and respectful and care for all her needs. What we like is every staff member acknowledges mum and us. The residents are always encouraged to take part in activities and the variety keeps the residents physically and mentally active. Would definitely recommend the Belmont to care for your relatives
We are so lucky to have mum with us and get to see her beautiful smile every day.
The Belmont care home is wonderful. Beautiful surroundings - it could be a 5-star hotel! Excellent staff who are always so nice, helpful and caring to mum and the family. Mum really enjoys the food (+ she wouldn't say that lightly!) + all the fantastic activities that are organised just about every day. Every thought has gone into making the transition into 'care' as pleasant as possible + the worry about mum not being safe + looked after well is now gone. Thank you.
I will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team.
Kind Regards
Home Manager
My Mother in Law has been at The Belmont for nearly 2 years and sadly passed away on Wednesday. The family can't thank the carers enough for their care, time and love shown to her and the family in the final few days of her life. The home from the start has been one that as a family we are delighted she stayed in where she enjoyed making new friends and not being lonely as she could be at home. The Belmont will always give us positive memories when we think of her last few years.Thank You
The Belmont would like to take the time to thank you for bring your beautifully mother in law to us.
Sending you lots of love from the Belmont family.
There are no words to express how fantastic the staff are at this wonderful care home. From the first enquiry right through to my mum moving in they have been professional, understanding, caring and have gone above and beyond answering queries and explaining the whole process. The facilities are also absolutely amazing and the whole place is spotlessly clean and welcoming. I cannot wait to watch my mum in her new forever home with these lovely people looking after her.
Thank you for your lovely review, we would like to welcome you and your family to our Belmont family.
I will be sure to pass your review on to the rest of the team.

Meet the Team (7)

I started my career in care at 17 as a Care Assistant. I quickly developed a deep love for the role and knew that this was the career path I wanted to pursue. I went on to complete my NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and enjoyed it so much that I continued with my NVQ Level 3.
I have been working at The Belmont since it opened in January 2022. I started as a Care Team Leader and was given the opportunity to become the Deputy Home Manager in August 2022. I have always taken pride in my work and am always eager to learn more.
In April 2024, I was given the chance to become the Registered Home Manager. I absolutely love working at The Belmont, where we truly feel like one big family. I am dedicated to doing my best for both my residents and my team, and I feel fortunate to spend each day with such incredible people.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time on the sidelines of a football pitch, cheering on my son, who plays for Worcester City.

I began my career in catering as a full-time chef. After having my two daughters, I found my passion when I started working in the care sector.
I joined The Belmont in January 2022 as a Care Assistant and progressed to a Care Team Leader role while completing my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.
My dedication to my role and our residents was recognised, and from this, I was offered the position of Deputy Home Manager. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, shopping, and jogging.

Donna, our Assistant Deputy Manager, plays a key role in the day-to-day management of The Belmont Care Home, supporting the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager to ensure the home operates safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory requirements. The role combines leadership, clinical oversight, and hands-on care to maintain high standards and positive outcomes for residents.

The Customer Relations Manager devises and implement a marketing strategy based on the individual home and geography. =They lead on key marketing events within the home, promoting this across social and local media, as well as create community engagement within the home through local schools, businesses, charities and other organisations.

As the Home Administrator, you have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and prior experience with payroll. Attention to detail is a must, as well as the ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks. As a Home Administrator, you'll be the first person visitors meet, so being approachable with a friendly personality is key. Building relationships with residents, their families and staff is also important.

I have been working as a host at The Belmont for 11 months. I genuinely enjoy every aspect of my job and take pride in being compassionate and respectful toward our residents. Talking with them and listening to their stories is one of the highlights of my day.
Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and support Tottenham—watching the matches is one of my favourite pastimes.

At The Belmont, Steve, the concierge role involves welcoming visitors, providing reception support, and helping the management team with administration.
