Well you all did my dad so proud in his last days. The support you gave us all was priceless. His last days though tough and heartbreaking were amazing. The Belmont is a large family, nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so kind and caring. The staff and managers are more than willing to help and discuss any wishes or worries with residents and families, promoting a positive environment and good care. The Belmont is a beautiful new home, you couldn't
wish for more. Respect, dignity, empathy, support and the residents' comfort and wishes are their top priority. The food is amazing and the head chef and kitchen staff provide fresh produce and constantly think of new food/events for the residents and families. Thank you to all at The Belmont.

My parents first came to The Belmont for respite care, as much for my father (Mum's carer) as for my mother who is terminally ill. Dad and I were immediately relieved by the care, concern and support offered to them both. Dad is able to spend quality time with Mum and I am confident that they are both
in safe hands. The fact that such excellent facilities are available just around the corner from me is an added bonus as I can visit them easily every day. Mum and Dad have decided to remain at The Belmont for the duration.

Since coming to The Belmont, my grandparents have received wonderful care which has allowed them to be more focused on spending time with themselves and visitors. Originally coming for respite care for two weeks, they have extended their stay due to the excellent care and treatment they are receiving.
The focus was originally on my grandma who is receiving palliative care but the team has also focused on correcting my grandad's medication. My grandma was opposed to care before coming here, which speaks volumes about the quality of care. One of the distinguishing factors is the companionship offered by staff as well as care.

The Belmont is a Godsend. My aunty has been so happy since being a resident. The care is bespoke to her needs and interests and she really loves all the events and activities. She even had the opportunity to have a helicopter ride! The Belmont is like a family! The atmosphere and the staff are warm,
friendly and supportive. The chefs take great pride in cooking and serving nutritious and tasty meals. My aunt has a beautiful room. The facilities are superb. The staff are wonderful and the manager takes an interest in each resident and ensures that they are happy and have the very best of care.

My mother was a resident of The Belmont care home for six months up until her passing away, aged 92, in January 2023. I have been deeply impressed with the staff and their practices from the start. The management team are terrific, very highly experienced, honest and always being patient and helpful
with my enquiries, keeping me informed at all times. They have a single-minded, no-compromise approach to providing the very highest standards of care. The caring and supportive staff are excellent, they are people who genuinely care about the residents' welfare, maintaining a spotlessly clean home, providing tasty and nutritious meals, friendly companionship, efficiently coping with individual personal requirements and much more, being dedicated to making the quality of life as good as can possibly be provided. Placing my mother in the care of The Belmont was a great decision that I will never need to look back on.

Outstanding care and support for our auntie for 4.5months and for all her relatives the week before she died. Provision of accommodation coming from a long distance for her end-of-life care, together with the kindness of all the staff was a dream come true in today's world of care challenges.

The Belmont Worcester, excellent experience from arrival to departure. A week of respite care, all the staff we met were outstanding patient and encouraging, the room was immaculate and the facilities en suite were pristine, everything required was in place with lots of activities and therapies, hair
salon, nail salon etc. Warm and friendly surroundings great food and such a great team to support residents and families alike. Great big thank you to all concerned and have already booked for another week in November, again thank you.

My husband has been in the Belmont since March. Now he is 93 this month, July and we are looking forward to him having a lovely birthday with the marvellous and very caring team. Unfortunately, my husband is not well but they really try to keep him happy and look after all his personal care. He is in
bed most of the time now because of his health, but they leave the door open, popping in all the while making him laugh. Because the room is home now, I would like to thank the staff for all their hard work looking after him. He has never been so well looked after in the 2 1/2 years he has been at other care homes. I would definitely recommend this care home. People need to come and have a look, it’s a lovely home and the care is excellent. Thank you.

First impressions of this beautiful place - I was blown away. I was greeted at the front door by a lovely lady who took me through house protocol with a mask and hand sanitizer, very professional. I then met the manager of the Belmont who took us on a guided tour of the property inside and out. Everything
was stunning, proper care was provided for dementia and old age for the final years' rest. You have to come view and see it yourselves amazing place

Mum moved into the Belmont last week. We feel so happy, when we leave after our visits, knowing Mum is safe, secure and well looked after. My husband has just spent a week’s respite care in The Belmont and really enjoyed the experience. It is such a beautiful place, more like a very smart hotel, but with very caring people to look after him. It has been so nice to have a break, for both of us, knowing that he was well cared for, and nothing

I was hesitant about having my grandma live in a nursing home until I went to visit her for the first time. All I can say is - wow! It is such a welcoming place, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and the home was immaculate. Knowing the resident's care is their number one priority really

The staff are very friendly and caring, the facilities at The Belmont are excellent, large rooms and corridors which make easy access to any area, all furnished to a very high standard, nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff, when we have visited family there the staff are checking on residents
on a regular basis.

My elderly uncle stayed at the Belmont for two weeks of respite care in April. The home is beautiful, and the rooms are all tastefully decorated and furnished. We liked the different communal areas, the outside areas and the fact that it felt more like a hotel. My uncle was made extremely welcome, enjoyed
the food, was very well cared for and thoroughly enjoyed his stay. He is moving permanently into the Belmont in a few weeks' time and is very much looking forward to his return and meeting the staff again.

We visited The Belmont after we had several chats with the Customer Relationship Manager. My aunt was already in a care home in Cheshire, recovering from a fall 12 months previous. We were looking for a care home closer to home. Aunt is now a permanent resident with a much larger bedroom and bathroom
than her previous home and paying less than the previous one. The management are great along with all the care team. We have been made to feel very welcome when we visit. Nothing is too much trouble. On arrival, the team did take an inventory of what Aunt took in, which wasn't done before. Aunt has also been out of her room, has eaten in the dining room and has a room overlooking the school. She's encouraged by the staff team to go and join in with the others. Thank you.

I recently stayed at The Belmont for respite care, my husband has Alzheimer’s I am recovering from surgery and am receiving ongoing treatment and had reached a crisis point, following a family bereavement. Fortunately, the family had heard about and visited The Belmont and realising that I needed a
good rest, I booked in for two weeks having heard about the facilities on offer, facial, hairdressing, nails so easy not having to worry about care for my husband, all the benefits of a luxury hotel. I caught up on sleep and also regained strength and mobility walking along the corridors around the inner courtyard, the building is very well designed to keep you on your feet. The food was excellent. The most important asset to The Belmont is the quality of their staff who are obviously well qualified, professional, and very kind. They got me back on my feet and gave me a much-needed break. I would definitely recommend it for anybody needing a period of convalescence or simple TLC.

I started my career in care at 17 as a Care Assistant. I quickly developed a deep love for the role and knew that this was the career path I wanted to pursue. I went on to complete my NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and enjoyed it so much that I continued with my NVQ Level 3.


I have been working at The Belmont since it opened in January 2022. I started as a Care Team Leader and was given the opportunity to become the Deputy Home Manager in August 2022. I have always taken pride in my work and am always eager to learn more.


In April 2024, I was given the chance to become the Registered Home Manager. I absolutely love working at The Belmont, where we truly feel like one big family. I am dedicated to doing my best for both my residents and my team, and I feel fortunate to spend each day with such incredible people.


Outside of work, I spend most of my time on the sidelines of a football pitch, cheering on my son, who plays for Worcester City.

I began my career in catering as a full-time chef. After having my two daughters, I found my passion when I started working in the care sector.


I joined The Belmont in January 2022 as a Care Assistant and progressed to a Care Team Leader role while completing my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.


My dedication to my role and our residents was recognised, and from this, I was offered the position of Deputy Home Manager. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, shopping, and jogging.

Job Title: Host Joined: 2023

I have been working as a host at The Belmont for 11 months. I genuinely enjoy every aspect of my job and take pride in being compassionate and respectful toward our residents. Talking with them and listening to their stories is one of the highlights of my day.


Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and support Tottenham—watching the matches is one of my favourite pastimes.

The Customer Relations Manager devises and implement a marketing strategy based on the individual home and geography. =They lead on key marketing events within the home, promoting this across social and local media, as well as create community engagement within the home through local schools, businesses, charities and other organisations.

Helen Calvert

Job Title: Administrator Joined: 2025

As the Home Administrator, you have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and prior experience with payroll. Attention to detail is a must, as well as the ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks. As a Home Administrator, you'll be the first person visitors meet, so being approachable with a friendly personality is key. Building relationships with residents, their families and staff is also important.
