My Mum has been at The Belmont since January 2024. I am so happy with how Mum has settled in and now sees the place as her home. She has a suite which comprises of a bedroom, bathroom, lounge/diner and kitchenette. We took in some furniture of her own and she really feels massively comforted by this.
The staff are so incredibly caring. They have become her family. Fantastic entertainment schedule with a wide variety of activities to please all tastes. Organised trips out, walks, indoor bowls and golf, pilates, talks, music, singing, cinema, food tastings, crafts, then some one-to-ones too for those who need that extra bit of care. There are four dining rooms serving delicious food all sourced locally and the chef and team supply a varied menu of freshly cooked, nutritional, tasty food three times a day. My mum says it's all delicious. We recently went to a family curry night which was brilliant food and wonderful family time. This has so been the right choice for us.

The Belmont hosted a wonderful 68th wedding anniversary for both parents who are residents. The hospitality was outstanding and guests were welcomed warmly throughout the afternoon. The customer relations manager has been exceptional in her ability to arrange and communicate the celebration. Buffet,
drinks and cake far exceeded our expectations. A big thank you goes out to all the staff we helped Mum and Dad celebrate their special day.

My 97-year-old mum needed respite care while we went on holiday, after visiting numerous homes we went to the Belmont, where she immediately said I'm going there. Everything was dealt with smoothly and she had a good time, her words, when she went home we realised that she was happier and healthier
in The Belmont. She is becoming a permanent resident from next week which will give all our family peace of mind as she currently lives on her own. She will be sad to leave her home of 70 years but understands and is looking forward to meeting up with her new friends.

My sister-in-law became a resident here in June 2024, and myself, brother and her son noticed within 24 hours the change from her being crestfallen to showing signs of happiness and contentment. Three months on and the change in her demeanour is, to say the least, remarkable. I cannot thank the staff
enough for their dedication to ensuring the elderly are shown compassion and ensuring they are encouraged to join in the activities and become fruitful members of the home. It is by far the nicest atmosphere I have experienced when entering a care home (and I've visited a few).

In 2023, our father decided he wanted a couple of weeks respite, so booked him into The Belmont. He and all the family were made to feel very welcome, and Dad was instantly put at ease by their friendliness. After two weeks, our father decided he'd like to stay in, and is still there, and very happy.
The home is excellently equipped and decorated to a very high standard.
All the staff are very kind, caring and very dedicated in each of their positions, which gives the home a lovely feel to it.
We cannot praise The Belmont enough and would definitely recommend this home for their loved ones.

I have just spent 2 weeks at the Belmont following surgery for a hip replacement. I was totally impressed by the accommodation, facilities and activities, food, complimentary treatments and of course the level of care available. Throughout my time there I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect
by everyone
and the whole experience seemed more like a visit to an upmarket hotel whilst knowing that help was at hand if needed, day or night. I would like to thank all staff, at every level, and of course the other residents for making me feel so welcome and I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future.

First impression elegant frontage with excellent parking. The hall and reception area very pleasant. Signage to facilities clear. Public rooms are very well decorated with seating and colour schemes restful. Catering facilities on each floor, excellent with linen napery. Glassware and crockery are substantial.
Food preparation and quality a little let down with undercooked vegetables, dubious main courses presented with little panache, drinks e.g. juices poor.

In the time our Uncle has been here, he has come on in leaps and bounds walking much better and eating really well. The management and staff are all wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them and they take really good care of our Uncle. There are plenty of activities and they try to get everyone

Prior to Mom and Dad moving to The Belmont in Worcester, we visited two other private care homes in Droitwich. The other two have their good points but The Belmont surpassed our expectations. The Deputy Manager then, going back to January 2024. She handled the interview well. She reassured Dad about
accommodating his oxygen equipment properly and looking after Mom who has vascular Dementia.
The suite they have chosen is brightly lit because of the big windows. The staff keeps everything clean. The catering staff provide nutritious food on clean tables in the dining room. The laundry staff ensure that Mom and Dad’s clothes are properly washed and ironed. The care staff are pleasant and caring.
The Belmont has varied social programmes and the staff encourages everyone to join in. I am confident, that the lady as the new manager will succeed in running The Belmont effectively for the benefit of all the stakeholders.

Mum booked into The Belmont for respite initially then chose to stay there permanently. From our first visit, all staff were welcoming. The home is beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are large and have lovely furniture, as are the lounges and restaurants. Sadly, Mum was not there very long as she was
diagnosed with a terminal illness. We were kept up to date with her care and the care and nursing staff were just so lovely.
The care shown to our family was amazing. We were given a room to use so we could stay whenever we wanted to. We were all with her for most of her last week and we were all offered meals and drinks throughout that time. The staff kept checking up on us to make sure that we were ok. Mum was cared for there wonderfully until the end.
It was such a shame that she was not there for longer as she would have loved all the activities that are on offer every day.
I cannot recommend The Belmont enough. It is just a lovely home and we were so happy that Mum loved it too.

My mother stayed at Belmont for four months to recover after an operation. The staff helped me to move my mum from the hospital to Belmont, quickly, efficiently and calmly in very difficult circumstances. Everyone was extremely kind, understanding, reassuring and helpful. Just what we needed at the
time! During her stay, my mother was treated and looked after very well, she enjoyed the delicious food (which she often described as tasting 'home-cooked') and by the time mum left she was in better health than she had been for a long time. Belmont is spotlessly clean, and the staff are respectful but at the same time warm and welcoming. As a visitor, I was always welcome and treated very well by all of the staff. I would highly recommend Belmont and should mum need respite help again we will definitely be back for a second visit.

Visited for 2 hours. Lovely, warm lounge. Would've appreciated the offer of an afternoon drink. Perhaps visitors should bring their own? Meals apparently good. Staff use walkie-talkies enabling quick, transparent, communication but made it slightly difficult hearing our own conversation. The lounge
was due cleaning so we were asked to move to an equally nice, alternative lounge. Other than the lift smell, the home is clean, spacious and looks lovely. Staff are friendly and afternoon activity was offered. Fire alarms tested. I cannot comment on the care/support nor management.

My 97-year-old mum moved here in October 2023 and I have been impressed as to how quickly she became happy and settled in her new home. The staff are all kind and caring and mum quickly made friends with many of the residents. She is very sociable and I was concerned that in a care home environment,
she may become isolated and lonely. This is not the case and she speaks to me so enthusiastically about the regular activities and all her new friends.
The facilities are excellent with the highest quality decor and furniture. There are so many places to sit and relax when visiting. The big wide corridors, spacious bedrooms, ensuites and communal areas help to make it a safe environment for Mum and she can freely move around.
As visitors, we are always greeted warmly and treated with the utmost respect. There are two dining rooms on mum's floor and a private dining room which is perfect when the family visits. The food is also very good. Belmont is a beautiful, modern, purpose-built care home.

The Belmont is an amazing place, they have supported my dad above and beyond in every aspect. All of the staff are fantastic, and get involved in helping the residents doesn't matter what their job role is. They treat not just my dad but everyone with respect and it is a massive family.


The place

is always clean, warm and welcoming and everyone who lives there are so happy and always speaks to you when you visit. My dad is over the moon and calls the Belmont he's home.


Words can't say how brilliant this home is and its staff, go and see for yourselves all I can say is you won't be disappointed.

I stayed at The Belmont for a week to recover from surgery. I am 82.
The management and all the staff made me so welcome, I was so well looked after. They were friendly, kind and caring. Always ready for a chat at anytime. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant and stress-free.
My bedroom was spacious with three armchairs, good large wardrobes and an electrically operated bed to suit all my needs and a good sized wet room. Kept spotless at all times. The day lounges were beautiful with comfy chairs and sofas.
The Belmont is as good as a five-star hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would use it again if the need arises.

This was the second time my husband has been in The Belmont for respite care. The care is outstanding, the food is excellent, and the room is bright and airy with its own access to the courtyard/garden area. The staff are always on hand and willing to chat and made sure everyone enjoyed the trip out
that had been arranged, they are also very supportive of the carers as well which gives me confidence when I leave him in their care. He is booked in for future respite stays and is looking forward to his stay in 'his hotel' A very apt description of the whole place, and the attention given to everyone it is just like a 5* hotel.

Stephanie

Stephanie Howard

Job Title: Home Manager Joined: 2022

I started my career in care at 17 as a Care Assistant. I quickly developed a deep love for the role and knew that this was the career path I wanted to pursue. I went on to complete my NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and enjoyed it so much that I continued with my NVQ Level 3.


I have been working at The Belmont since it opened in January 2022. I started as a Care Team Leader and was given the opportunity to become the Deputy Home Manager in August 2022. I have always taken pride in my work and am always eager to learn more.


In April 2024, I was given the chance to become the Registered Home Manager. I absolutely love working at The Belmont, where we truly feel like one big family. I am dedicated to doing my best for both my residents and my team, and I feel fortunate to spend each day with such incredible people.


Outside of work, I spend most of my time on the sidelines of a football pitch, cheering on my son, who plays for Worcester City.

Nicki Brant

I began my career in catering as a full-time chef. After having my two daughters, I found my passion when I started working in the care sector.


I joined The Belmont in January 2022 as a Care Assistant and progressed to a Care Team Leader role while completing my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.


My dedication to my role and our residents was recognised, and from this, I was offered the position of Deputy Home Manager. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, shopping, and jogging.

Aleem Aleem Khan

Job Title: Host Joined: 2023

I have been working as a host at The Belmont for 11 months. I genuinely enjoy every aspect of my job and take pride in being compassionate and respectful toward our residents. Talking with them and listening to their stories is one of the highlights of my day.


Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and support Tottenham—watching the matches is one of my favourite pastimes.

As the Home Administrator, you have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and prior experience with payroll. Attention to detail is a must, as well as the ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks. As a Home Administrator, you'll be the first person visitors meet, so being approachable with a friendly personality is key. Building relationships with residents, their families and staff is also important.
