Dad has been a resident in Launton Grange for the past eight months or so. His care has been excellent. The facilities are first class, the atmosphere is more like a very nice hotel rather than a care home. He is treated with respect and kindness by all the staff and enjoys a full array of activities
and entertainment (a daily film in the cinema room is a highlight for him). We are highly satisfied with his care.

I believe my nan has been placed in an environment that is perfect for any dementia patient. The staff are the most welcoming and very kind and loving towards every resident in their care. They support my nan emotionally and physically. Amazing living area, food, and facilities for guests and residents.

We moved my nan to Launton Grange as we felt she wasn’t being properly cared for at her previous home.
Launton Grange is beautiful, clean, and tidy. All the staff are friendly and caring and couldn’t be more helpful.
The care my nan has received since arriving has made such a difference to her health
and mental well-being.

After an anxious start, my mother-in-law has settled in well, she is still occasionally confused, but the added stimulation of activities surrounding her and including her have helped this process. The staff are all very caring/helpful, and the environment is beautiful.

Very caring staff, good facilities. To improve I feel that more information could be provided about basic safety e.g about how to respond to fire alarms, (especially in each bedroom) and making sure respite residents are made aware of what is going on each day.

Searching for the right care home for a loved one is a challenge but from the moment you arrive at Launton Grange the property and grounds are welcoming and when you go in it feels like a hotel/home from home. It’s safe and secure.
Accommodation is perfect, clean, well equipped.
The social areas
and dining areas are comfy, homely.
The staff are amazing. Friendly, caring (not just for the residents but for the families too).
Launton Grange offers peace of mind that you can be sure that you or your relative will be well looked after.

The actual care staff are lovely but they are vastly understaffed to the point that we have safety concerns. Residents are regularly left unattended in the day room while staff are dealing with personal care on wings. The food is good, and very fresh and they do cater for fussy eaters! The laundry is
done regularly and well but items of clothing do go missing on a regular basis. The overall experience is good but could be improved.

Launton Grange is a lovely home for my father-in-law. He gets excellent care and enjoys the activities organised he particularly likes the cinema. We all had a lovely evening at the recent cheese and wine party another successful event organised by the brilliant activities coordinator.

Dad seems to have settled in well although it has taken a bit of time. He has made a number of new friends. The activities are more female based hopefully more activities for males could be introduced. The staff are excellent, very caring and enjoy their work.

Having been at Launton Grange for six months now, Mum is very happily settled. The facilities and care are fantastic. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, and the links with GPs, hairdressers and chiropodists are very effective. Mum is establishing good relationships with staff and residents
and is appropriately encouraged to join in activities when necessary. She always appears smartly dressed, clean and tidy and very cheerful. Thank you, everybody.

Since arriving at Launton Grange a couple of weeks ago, my grandad has been made to feel very welcome. It definitely has a home-from-home feel about it. The staff all seem lovely and put us at ease with settling my grandad in. I would highly recommend Launton Grange to others.

Grannie likes the singing and the cakes. The people are lovely, very kind and very welcoming. Clean and tidy, and the bedrooms are large and spacious.
