While my friend has lived at Launton Grange. Her walking has improved, and she has lots of people around her just in case she needs support. Staff are very friendly and support my friend with all aspects of daily life. If there is a problem, it is transparent and dealt with in a friendly manner. The
activity support worker puts her heart and soul in; thinking up new ideas to entertain people and looks forward to more.

My mother has been living at Launton Grange for nearly four weeks. She has settled in really well as it's a huge change for her. The staff are truly amazing - nothing is too much trouble. They are caring, and considerate and ensure all her needs are catered for. Her room is lovely and the facilities
are like living in a five-star hotel! Thank you.

Both my parents have now been very happily settled in Launton Grange Bicester for over eight months. It is so reassuring to see they are receiving simply the best care. I was caring for them prior to it so was difficult to trust that someone would match my high standards! Well, Launton Grange certainly
does! They are cared for lovingly by the fabulous staff. The food is excellent and the activities are varied and great fun. All this is a lovely purpose-built home that oozes love. Thank you!

My friend moved into Launton Grange a few months ago, she talks very highly of the staff and the activities that take place and she always praises the cooking. It's put everyone's mind at ease knowing how well my friend is being looked after and she already looks so much better since she has moved in.

My mum has been here since June of 2021 while recovering from her stroke. The caregivers and the home staff deserve bonuses and have been outstanding through some very trying times of the pandemic and other challenges. The lifestyle manager does a great job in ensuring the residents remain involved
and active. It is a beautiful facility and a plus for Bicester.

Having visited two care homes with no atmosphere and where the residents all appeared to be in God’s waiting room before getting to Launton Grange, this place was a revelation!
We moved Mum to Launton Grange in November 2021 from her home due to advancing Alzheimer’s Disease. Our experience to date
has been totally positive, the care given to Mum has been exemplary and she has very much become part of the Launton Grange family. We know that she is safe and her every need is being catered for. The staff go beyond the call of duty at every opportunity and the activities keep all the residents active and involved. A big thank you to them all for all that each and everyone of them does for the residents.

Mum moved to Launton Grange after a short stay in hospital. Everyone was really helpful and mum moved in on Christmas Eve. All the staff have been incredibly supportive and mum has settled in really well. Mum loves to go for walks, and the staff have facilitated this passion. There are lots of activities
for mum to join in with, and it has been a pleasure to see mum being so active. The staff have really encouraged mum to try new things. The communication has been excellent and everyone responds very quickly to any questions. The staff at Launton Grange have kept me fully informed as to how mum is doing and have also been very supportive to my Dad. They are as they say one big, very happy family. It is a fabulous care home which I would highly recommend.

Dad became a resident at Launton Grange in November 2021. It was never our intention to put him in a care home but as his vascular dementia got worse we realised we could no longer care for him at home. Launton Grange has been an answer to all our prayers. The transition could not have been easier and
all the staff are true professionals. Thank you to all from the Manager down to kitchen/laundry staff.

Grandad has only been in Launton Grange for a week and the difference in him is incredible, he doesn't stop smiling and I have never seen him so happy, to the point he has said don't take me home. All the staff are angels I have never met a bunch of people so amazing and caring so thank you so so much
for making grandad smile again.

We are delighted to have found Launton Grange for my mother who couldn't be happier she loves her beautiful room, tasty food, lovely gardens, variety of activities/outings, and most importantly all the carers are so friendly, professional, and just wonderful!


My father also lives with dementia and

has settled in so well that we have made the very easy choice to make Launton Grange his permanent home having only gone in for respite care.

Care is extremely good. So much dedication to detail and individually a lot of attention. They do respect that I am a diabetic type one. They do put on a lot of entertainment with a great deal of attention for all ages and abilities. Always cheery and helpful. The food is excellent and varied, always
fresh and hot. The atmosphere is very calm and considered. Our maintenance man is extremely polite and helpful and hard working.
