Our all inclusive fee gives peace of mind and allows residents to enjoy our facilities and services without having to worry about extra costs. It includes a monthly appointment at our onsite hair salon, regular chiropody appointments, a full and varied activity program, annual eye tests, annual dental check ups and transport and accompaniment to medical appointments where necessary.

Although my sister's residence at Sedgley Court was sadly cut short by her transfer to hospital, and subsequent decrease, we had the opportunity to meet face to face with her shortly after she moved in. We spent an animated hour with her, and found her enthusiastic about her accommodation, her carers,
and, not least, the food!
We had previously visited the home with her, and, on that and subsequent visits, were treated with courtesy and helpfulness by all staff we met.

From day one, when we met with the manager, we have had no cause for concern, everything is done with care, empathy and very professional. Having worked in the care sector myself, I cannot fault Sedgley Court, the building and surrounds are beautiful throughout, but that means nothing if the care is
not there to go with it, which is the top priority. With Sedgley Court it is the whole package, building and care go hand in hand. The management and staff they are caring, sincere, honest, helpful and go out of their way for the residents and visitors. They give you regular updates on your relative, which is very welcome and appreciated with this very stressful situation. It is always a pleasure to visit my Auntie. If I had to use one word to describe Sedgley Court, it would be excellent.

I began investigating long term care for my mother in the summer of 2020. She had been diagnosed with epilepsy and Alzheimer's.


I had a preliminary interview with the manager and was immediately impressed with her professionalism and passion for her work. A number of visits to Sedgley Court followed

as it was still in the process of being finished. I was bowled over by the design and beauty of it as it looked nothing like a 'traditional care home'.


I booked my mother in for one week's respite care in January, which turned into two followed by the decision for full-time residency. This was a momentous decision for me and the support I received from the manager and her staff has been phenomenal. It's incredibly difficult to leave the care of a loved one in the hands of someone else particularly when you live overseas. However, the decision has been made less challenging by knowing that my mother is in the best of care.


I cannot recommend the manager and her staff at Sedgley Court highly enough.

Since first looking around my Mums care home, I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the care that she has received from all members of staff from management to carers and seniors to the fab chef!
Mum has been very poorly and came out of the hospital in a very fragile state. From the moment
she walked through the doors of this lovely building, she was enveloped in a wave of love and attention!
Mum has always lived independently, and now it is time for her to be looked after. I can’t think of a better place to entrust her safety and well-being too.
A very special home for a very special Mum!

As a dedicated healthcare professional, Emma has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for residents.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Emma remarked:


“I am always excited to see what myself and the team can achieve together. Staff and resident wellbeing is always at the front of my mind ensuring we all work together to enable all of those that live and work within our community achieve their goals”


Emma has also achieved much outside of work, with her proudest achievements being stepping out of her comfort zone for her new role and progressing her career .


Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and also loves to travel and go to the gym.
