Welcome to Cheadle Manor a stylish care home located close to Cheadle Village. Cheadle Manor is a purpose-built 68 bedded home designed and built to meet all current CQC requirements and provides the highest standard of safety, comfort and care. The care home offers residential, nursing and dementia care services.

Residents are at the heart of everything they do. It is their aim at Cheadle Manor to enable all of their residents to maintain the highest level of independence and achieve their full potential whatever that may be – physical, intellectual, emotional or social. At Cheadle Manor, they believe this philosophy can be achieved by providing professional, person-centred care, nurturing each resident individually exploring and understanding their needs with the appreciation that care requirements may change and that the team will be responsive to those changing needs. They are there every step of the way.

Internally, the attention to detail is impressive. The high specification and décor of Cheadle Manor have been carefully considered by an interior designer, creating stylish yet comfortable and practical spaces for residents to enjoy. Arranged over three floors, the facilities at Cheadle Manor are exceptional, with each floor enjoying its own communal lounges and restaurants.

All bedrooms boast en suite wet rooms, and there is also a spa assisted bathroom, hairdresser & nail bar. There are beautiful, mature gardens and outside seating areas at Cheadle Manor along with extensive terrace areas to the first and second floors.

Although our very dear friend was only in your care home a short time, she was enjoying getting to know you all as you were with her when she suddenly died. From the time we came to look around the home then throughout her short stay, we found your staff caring, compassionate, and very kind. She settled
in the home much quicker than we had anticipated as a result. Thank you for everything you did for her, we'd especially like to thank the laundry lady for her efficiency in marking all her clothes and the hospitality lady is a real asset to your team. I would definitely recommend the home and have already done so.

I thought Cheadle Manor Care Centre was attractive, homely and comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful and the nursing staff were excellent in their care of my husband. They were kind, caring and compassionate and I cannot praise them enough.
It has been a comfort to me and my
family to know that my husband's last days were perfect and pain-free.

My mother has been admitted into Cheadle Manor Care Centre for assessment in relation to her having Dementia and a range of other health issues. From the minute my mam arrived, she received the best of care, and all the staff greeted myself and my sister in a friendly and helpful manner. The staff present
with a strong ethical and professional approach to their work with a "can do" attitude in assisting their residents and their families in organising external hospital and other appointments and meeting everyone's needs. The home itself is beautiful and presents more like a five-star hotel as opposed to a care home. We feel so lucky and privileged that our mam has been placed into Cheadle Manor, knowing that she is receiving the best of care from the staff. Thank you, Cheadle Manor.

All of the staff at Cheadle Manor go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. The care they show for the residents is exemplary, and they have helped my mum settle in beautifully. It is the extra touches they do that makes them so special - printing off a photo of my mum chatting to other residents
to show my daughter that Grandma has friends!

My mother's cousin is the person in the home. We have been impressed by the beautiful surroundings that my relative has. All areas of the home are very well kept; it smells fresh and clean. The staff are welcoming and patient when it comes to providing the information that I requested. My relatives

Cheadle Manor is an outstanding home. My mum has been there since February after suffering a major stroke. She has made outstanding progress with thanks to the manager and her fantastic team. Everyone who works there delivers a first-class service where care is at the heart of everything they do. Compassion
and dignity are hallmark traits too! My mum's health is improving day by day; she is happy and I can rest at night knowing that Mum is safe, secure, and has everything she needs. Thank you, Cheadle Manor!

Even though my parents only recently moved into their care home it has been the most overwhelmingly positive experience for the whole family. The manager and staff are so friendly to my parents and to us when we visit. Nothing is too much trouble for anybody and they are all working towards my parents
living their best life, whilst living in a beautiful and safe environment. The food is excellent and there is always a cup of tea and freshly baked cake when you visit. This move was a huge step for us all to make but the staff have made it as easy a transition as possible.

Since my father entered Cheadle Manor he has been very happy in himself. He has dementia, but I have noticed the sparkle back in him-Dad, a bit more how I knew him. The care assistants are very nice and attentive. I feel their comments about Dad's attitude to being in a home are sincere. I am very happy
Dad is here, the rooms are lovely, I have likened it to a friendly hotel environment. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly, caring attitude.

I am very proud to have worked in a community care setting for over 13 years. I started my career as a Care Support Worker which gave me the experience and confidence I needed to fulfil my life's ambition to train as a registered nurse. For many years I enjoyed working as a nurse in the community building relationships with patients and their families. I always strived to provide high-quality and personalised care to encourage independence for all patients. I started my journey at Bramhall Manor as Deputy Manager and have progressed to Home Manager and have recently moved to Cheadle Manor and I feel privileged to be part of such a hardworking team that provides very high standards of care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence. In my own time, I am a busy mum of 3 enjoying quality family time and also enjoy socialising with friends.

Nikola Szyma?ska

Job Title: Clinical Lead Joined: 2024

I qualified as a registered nurse in 2022 and began my career in the care home sector, where I quickly developed a strong passion for fostering meaningful relationships with residents and their families. After six months in my role as a nurse, I successfully applied for the role of Clinical Lead. My background in management, gained from roles I held since the age of 16, enabled me to transfer valuable leadership skills to this new position. Everyday is a day to learn something new. I joined Cheadle Manor as a Clinical Lead in 2024. With the warm support from my team I settled in quite quickly and it feels like home now. I have a strong passion for dementia care and I have completed a Diploma in Dementia Studies to improve my ability to connect with and care for individuals living with dementia and to share my knowledge with others. In my role as Clinical Lead, I prioritize maintaining high standards of quality care, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a culture of mentorship and shared values within my team. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Leadership in Professional Practice to further refine my leadership capabilities, allowing me to better support my team and enhance patient care.

Driven by a deep passion for patient well-being, I am a Registered Nurse committed to delivering high-quality and holistic care. My 7 years of experience in general nursing have instilled in me a strong foundation in providing skilled and compassionate care. I hold a Bachelor of science in Nursing from Valley View University in Ghana. I have experience in medical and surgical nursing, mental health nursing, pediatric nursing, public health nursing, and obstetric and gynecological nursing. I have really enjoyed working in emergency and intensive care units. I was employed by Newcare as a Registered Nurse in November 2021. With the great support and guidance from fellow colleagues, I merged into the team successfully. I worked as a Registered Nurse for 3 years. During these years, I attended trainings and seminars to stay up to date with current best practices, I worked closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-being of residents, I managed difficult situations exhibiting professionalism and empathy, and also built strong relationships with the residents and their families. I started working as a Clinical Lead in October 2024 after a successful interview as I knew I had the skills and qualities to manage and lead my team effectively. In this role, I work directly with the Home Manager to provide exceptional experience for all residents, their families, and friends. I find working at Cheadle Manor exciting and rewarding. Alongside work, I enjoy playing my piano, reading books and being there for the residents.

Hannah Preston

I started working for New care in 2023 as a team leader. From the second I walked through the doors at Cheadle Manor I was greeted warmly and could see the outstanding levels of care throughout the home which elevated my passion for caring. Throughout my 18 months I have always been supported by New Care, our management team and all aspects of teams throughout the home. We are always encouraged to bring new ideas and to develop our skills. I have recently been given the amazing opportunity the step up as head of care and I am enjoying learning and developing within my new role. I aspire to continue high levels of care and to use my new role to inspire and ensure the continued success of our team and the wellbeing of our residents and their families'.
