My Mother in Law came into Beckenham Park Care Home for a three week respite care stay. It was her second respite care stay this year and she was only too happy to return. Both her and our experience has been excellent. It is a caring and professional environment with cheerful staff and a comprehensive activity and entertainment programme. It is so important to place your loved ones in a safe and happy environment when you have to leave them. This is such a place and it speaks volumes that my Mother in Law keeps asking if we have a holiday booked as she is happy to return again. I would highly recommend Beckenham Park Care Home.

Thank you for your recommendation - we are grateful for your trust in us and it was a pleasure to have your grandmother join us at Beckenham Park Care Home.
Unfortunately, my experience with this care home has been very concerning. Over the past three years there have been seven different managers, with an interim manager currently in place. This constant change in leadership has been extremely unsettling for both staff and residents and has resulted...
Staffing levels have frequently been insufficient, putting pressure on existing staff and impacting the quality of care provided. I was also deeply troubled to learn that staff have reportedly been told that if they raise concerns with residents' families, they could face disciplinary action. This creates a culture where issues are not openly addressed and families are not kept properly informed.
Due to the concerns for my mother's Health and Welfare, the Council Social Services recommended i remove my mother from the home which i have now done. i cannot recommend this home due to ongoing concerns surrounding care and the failure of management.

Beckenham Park Care Home is one of the most professional nursing homes I have ever encountered. The whole atmosphere is one of welcome from both the staff and the environment. Staff on the dementia unit are caring and patient, offering a high standard of care in a sometimes challenging unit.

Hi, my name is Chanice. I’ve worked in the F&B department at Avery for 2 years now, and every day is a different day, which is refreshing to take part in as a member of the team. I work hard to ensure residents have an efficient service during mealtimes, as well as being entertained throughout the day by participating in resident activities and generally getting to know individual residents.

Hi, I am Jessica Azagoh, and I am the Business Administrative Manager here at Avery Beckenham Park. I’ve been a part of the care sector family since 2019, starting my journey in Wimbledon before bringing my experience over to our wonderful community here in Beckenham.
My role is all about keeping the 'engine room' running smoothly. I look after the financial side of the home—from managing accounts and budgets to ensuring everything is organised behind the scenes. I know that navigating the financial aspects of care can sometimes feel overwhelming for families, so I take great pride in making sure those processes are clear, transparent, and stress-free.
I’m a firm believer that a well-run office is the backbone of a happy home. Whether it’s a complex billing question or just a quick administrative query, I’m always happy to support our residents and their loved ones in any way I can.
When I’m not balancing the books, I enjoy travelling and good movies.
