I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years, and I joined Barchester Healthcare in 2021 as the Deputy Manager before being promoted to the General Manager in 2024 at Florence Court.
I am extremely proud of the outstanding and fulfilling care that we deliver on a daily basis. Enriching the lives of our residents is extremely important, and being able to do it in this amazing environment is wonderful.

I started as an Activities Assistant, where I helped facilitate activities within the home, and during this time, I have loved getting to know our residents and helping to make every day special. Having been promoted to Activities Coordinator, my role is to plan, organise and deliver a wide variety of activities that bring enjoyment, stimulation, and a sense of community to everyone who lives here.
