Well to start off, what an amazing welcome you are greeted with on arrival. All the staff are fabulous, super supportive and friendly. Went today to visit my boyfriend's grandma, who has recently moved into the home was lovely to see how settled she is and how much care she receives. We were able to stay for an amazing Valentine's party and even enjoyed a cheeky glass of prosecco. It's so comforting to see how happy she is being at this home and how comfortable the staff have made her. It's made such a positive impact on her life, and it's very reassuring that she is in such safe hands.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It is our pleasure to care for your boyfriend's Grandma. We are very proud of the team at St Marys Riverside and the care they provide. Your kind words are greatly appreciated, and I will, of course, pass them on to the St Marys Riverside family.
Not only is this a beautiful, well-designed new building, the standard of care given by their kind and welcoming staff makes this a safe and happy place for your loved one.
From catering to management, each member of every team treats the residents with dignity and respect.
No request is too much trouble - communication is consistent, friendly and considerate; we can finally sleep much easier at night knowing that our relative is being very well looked after.
Thank you for all of your hard work, St Marys staff; you are a credit to your profession!

I have recently enjoyed my stay in the luxurious St Marys Riverside care home. I booked in for two weeks of respite after my left knee replacement operation but decided to stay for five weeks over Christmas and New Year. I can't fault the care I have received from the dedicated, cheerful staff. I have enjoyed all my meals, most of which I have, by choice, eaten in my room. To me, it has been like having a holiday on a cruise ship! All my friends who have visited me here have been very impressed by the home, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

St Marys Riverside is the best care home I have ever seen; superb decor, caring, attentive staff, delicious meals, varied activities and a friendly atmosphere make it the number one choice for anyone seeking superlative care for a loved one. My mother stayed at St Mary's for respite care following a knee replacement. We have been delighted with the level of care and attention she has received. Every single member of staff has been wonderful in terms of attitude, welcome, care and kindness. They work so hard, and their care extends to all visitors. The building is beautifully cleaned and well-maintained. We have loved hearing about the wonderful food that my mother has been served. Thank you!
Dear Louise, many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It was our pleasure and privilege to care for your Mum. Your kind words are greatly appreciated, and I will, of course, pass them on to the manager and the St Marys Riverside family.
My mother-in-law moved into St Marys in May 2022 as she had reached the stage where she was no longer able to live independently. From the very first day, she was made to feel very welcome and was encouraged and helped to make friends and to join in with the many activities. The staff were so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The family, of all ages, from newborn up, were all made to feel welcome, and visits were a real pleasure. Finally, I should mention the food, which was always very good quality and varied with every effort made to meet individual preferences.
Dear Bob, many thanks for taking the time to review our home. We are very proud of the team at St Marys Riverside, and I will, of course, pass on your kind words to the manager and the team.
The staff and facilities are in a different league to any other home we considered. Flexibility regarding visiting is another plus. Security, safety and peace of mind should be utmost in everyone's consideration, and St Marys surpasses and excels in this particular area.

The Christmas dinner was outstanding. A special mention to the chef and other staff members, who all went above and beyond to ensure our day spent with my mum was extra special.
I was especially touched when my mum was brought outside to watch her grandchildren play on their new roller skates; they did this with so much thought, and nothing was too much trouble. These little things really do mean alot and help us all; they keep making special memories.
The home is nothing less than outstanding.

The entire home is immaculate, and the staff are friendly, especially the home manager. The chef is so friendly and accommodates all tastes, a special nod to the caterer. I would and will recommend this home and the team to any family member or friend.

From my first visit, I have been incredibly impressed with St Marys. The facilities are superb and immaculately kept. Rooms are perfectly appointed, all with splendid views. My husband's needs are complex, and the staff could not have accommodated him better; his care, chat and general happiness are clearly paramount. Many of our friends have visited, and all have said they cannot fault the building and staff. Staff are kind, considerate and utterly professional. They have made the experience so much easier for both of us.

Only suggestion would be handrails and seats in showers. This would help staff as well as would give a feeling of independence to residents. Overall, I can't speak too highly.
