The care, attention and kindness shown by the team managed by the manager are exemplary. My nan has loved taking part in the activities and developing friendships with others. The facilities and accommodation are superb. All of her needs are catered for and nothing is too much trouble. Most importantly she does not feel isolated.

First time visiting my grandma since arriving at the home eight weeks ago. Very impressed with the facilities and the staff. Everyone seems to show genuine care for her well-being, are polite, friendly and no request seems too much. Over the eight weeks since being here, my grandmother's health appears to have genuinely improved and she seems very happy with her choice.

My aunt entered Cadley Hill View Care Home earlier this year but sadly passed away on 9th October. Whilst at the residence, she received compassionate, dignified and professional care and I want to thank all the staff involved during the last few months of her life. My aunt could not have been in a better environment to spend her last days.

My mum came to Cadley Hill View Care Home for two weeks respite. Despite being quite reticent about going, as it was the first time she had been to a care home in her 100 years, she absolutely loved it. It is an amazing homely atmosphere and all the staff made her so welcome and were always on hand to make her feel comfortable. As a family, we were thrilled that we have found such a wonderful care home that looks after our mum/granny/great-granny so well. Mum is already looking forward to going again as everyone was so kind to her.

We used the respite service of Cadley Hill View Care Home so that we could take a family holiday. My dad was well looked after by all the staff and seemed happy when anyone visited. The only criticism I would have is on the day we arrived, we were left to our own devices and felt like we needed someone there to guide us through settling in.
Thank you for your feedback. We're so glad that you feel your dad was well looked after by our care team and felt happy in the home. Please know that we take all feedback seriously and are dedicated to making the moving-in process as stress-free as possible for our residents and their families....

Mum came to stay in June for two weeks of respite. Initially, she was reluctant to go, having never been before, but once there, the staff put her at ease. Mum was extremely happy at Cadley Hill View, her room was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and kind to her. Mum enjoyed the activities whilst there. It was also her 90th birthday, and the staff put on a birthday tea for her, which went down very well. Thank you, Cadley Hill View.
