I am so grateful we were able to get Mum back into Cadley Hill View care home from the hospital. The staff are so approachable, kind and compassionate as well as professional. There are always plenty of activities and entertainments which mum has appreciated in the past, even though she isn't currently
well enough to enjoy them. Good standards of care and accommodation.

My mother has recently become a resident at Cadley Hill View. As a family, we looked at a fair few rest homes before choosing Cadley Hill. Our initial impressions have been surpassed by the experience of my mother's stay. The atmosphere is very friendly and the ethos is of enabling and treating residents
with respect and dignity. The establishment is very well run and my mother has settled very well. Many thanks to all staff and residents for making my mother feel so welcome!

Absolutely stunning from the moment you walk in. Feels more like a hotel! The range of activities is awesome with in-house and trips out. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. The building and facilities are excellent. Sometimes parking is difficult. The staff, without exception, are cheerful, caring and helpful. We are always welcomed. Mum hasn't had many extra care needs, but when asked the staff always go the extra mile. It is early days for us, but I sometimes am not
sure about the system i.e. ordering medicines so feel I've been a bit muddled, but I'm sure we'll sort that out. The carer on the top floor does seem as though she has a heavy workload. All in all, I feel happy with Mum staying at Cadley Hill View on respite.

Mum went to Cadley Hill in April. She settled in very well and made a lot of friends. I cannot fault the staff, who are very caring. The accommodation is lovely, just like a hotel. I knew as soon as I walked in that Cadley Hill View was where I wanted my mum to be. Not only does it look and feel like a 5* hotel, the staff are so friendly, so caring and treat both residents and their relations like family.
Since my mum moved in, 6 months ago, I have had total peace of mind seeing
her happy when I visit and knowing that when I leave she will be safe and well cared for. To me, this is priceless. Thank you.

The care home is clean and tidy and run professionally. There are also cakes, chocolates and drinks available.
Individual care staff members are polite and pleasant - however, there seems to be very little interaction just to pass the time of day with residents who don't take part in activities, such
as just popping in to say hello or have a coffee with them. There is a lot of social media activity, but very focused on marketing.

This was my first visit to the home, and it certainly won't be the last. The Halloween activities and decorations were just all amazing, and every resident seemed to enjoy it. The bedrooms as well; they are the most beautiful and spacious rooms I've seen. The overall home reminded me of a high-class
hotel! Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff either and the care given is 100%. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I had power of attorney for an elderly gentleman and was lucky enough to find Cadley Hill View shortly after it opened. I was thrilled with this beautiful and very well-run care home. The staff are so attentive and caring. My friend was very happy there. Unfortunately, he had to be admitted to hospital
before sadly passing away in August. Members of staff so kindly attended his funeral. I would recommend Cadley Hill View to anyone wanting a first-class residential home.

My mother-in-law is experiencing a few problems at the moment, health-wise, and the staff are most supportive, understanding and compassionate, their efforts go above and beyond for her everyday care and her all-around holistic care is exemplary. Nothing seems too much and our whole family are more
than grateful. Of late, the activities and spring fayre were excellent and all residents and families seemed to have a great time. Well done to all.

When I visit my friend every Tuesday and Friday at Cadley Hill View Care Home, the carers and the manager always ask me if I am alright. I have lunch every Tuesday and Friday. The food is excellent and always well-presented. There is always something going one.

I feel that it's like belonging to a family who looks after you. The kitchen team are excellent with the events they do, dressing up and taster days etc. I do feel cared for and appreciate how my family and friends are made welcome.

My mother was in Cadley Hill View care home for a short time due to her then requiring full nursing care. The home is lovely, very clean and well looked after. The staff were great and very caring. I would recommend the home to anyone.
