Cadley View have exceeded our expectations of a care home. The staff in every department are exceptional. Very professional and the care and facilities are amazing. Staff are so accommodating and kind. We are truly grateful to you all and would most definitely highly recommend anyone who needs great

Cannot fault care given by all staff. Facilities in bedrooms excellent. Menu and food presentation very good. Male staff good with male residents - putting on sport channels for them. - Home manager very obliging. He is helpful.

My Nanna was recently a resident at Cadley. We live very close and would visit most days. Every visit Nanna would look amazing. She had dementia, but being at cadley was like a new lease of life, it was the best she had looked in years. We were made to feel welcome, offered food and drinks and always
kept up to date on how nanna was. Any health issues were dealt with promptly, staff went above and beyond to get nanna any help and support she needed. We were always kept up to date with what was happening. The food was always amazing. Cooked fresh on site, plenty of it and plenty of variety. Everywhere was always clean and staff were always friendly. Lots of activities and residents were asked what they would like to do. Unfortunately due to health reasons nanna needed to leave and passed away, but thank you so much to cadley for giving nanna a new lease for life prior to this. It was amazing to see nanna at her best again.

My mum came to Cadley carehome for a few weeks, the care she received was first class, although my mums alzhimers deteriorated while she was there the staff were amazing with her. Everything about this carehome is lovely the rooms, the cleanliness, the food was all better than most hotels nothing was
too much trouble. All the staff made not only my mum welcome but me and my family welcome to always asking if we would like a meal with mum or a drink and snack, it is one of the best carehomes I've ever visited. Keep up the excellent work everyone x

I have been to visit my friend who is a resident at Cadley Hill view a fair few times since he's been there. It used to be such a lovely welcoming environment a felt like a home from home. However over the last few months this has changed dramatically and this no longer feels a home from home. Staff
are constantly moaning about the new manager and saying to visitors and residents that they don't want to be there. As for the new manager not that he's ever spoken to me but you can always hear him using foul and obscene language im shocked that he took over from the pervious manager. On my most recent visit I overheard him saying that a staff member, who was off sick was out getting some of her new man how very professional.

In the ten months that my sister has been at Cadley Hill View, all the staff there have been great with her. She gets very confused by the staff are so patient with her and very welcoming to me when I visit. The home staff itself is so bright comfortable and beautifully decorated, a real home from home.

Cadley Hill View is a fantastic home, every time we come we get a lovely greeting from all the staff. Residents are well looked after, with lots of different activities that happen daily as well as day trips out. The food always looks and smells amazing with lots of different choices available and the
home is always clean and tidy. All the staff are amazing at what they do and we love coming to visit our loved one who is also happy being at Cadley.

Amazing home. They went above and beyond. Unfortunately nanna became more unwell and they could no longer meet her needs, but they went above and beyond to support her (and us) and get her any help she needed. Prior to her becoming unwell the activities were amazing. Food was great. The staff are fantastic.
We were always made to feel welcome when visiting. Offer drinks and food. The residents all had great things to say about the home.

My mum has lived at Cadley Hill View for 18 months now and throughout this time, Cadley has maintained excellent standards of care, kindness and compassion. The entire home is kept spotlessly clean, meals are consistently very good and there is always so much to do for those who wish to take advantage
of the activities. All staff at Cadley are so pleasant, caring and respectful towards both residents and their families. My mother has received excellent care at the home and her dignity is always maintained. As a family, we feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful place for her to live now that she can no longer live in her own home.

My mum stayed at Cadley Hill View in September. She was very apprehensive to stay but as soon as she walked into her room she was overwhelmed, she loved the room. Everyone was very helpful and caring. She settled in very well, she was that comfy she wanted to stay another week. I would definitely recommend
this care home.

Dad, who has Parkinson's disease had to go into care temporarily for respite care. The circumstances behind the need for Dad to go into care were quite complex. Everyone that I encountered at the home was so supportive, understanding, and caring. Dad was initially in another home for a few weeks and
I can not say how different the two experiences were. I would say wipe any thoughts of what you imagine a care home to be as Cadley Hill does not feel like a 'care home' it feels more like 'home from home'. The care team are all absolutely amazing! You can see how much they care about the residents and also their families. Everything is centred around the person not what is easier for the staff. It is spotlessly clean and I never encountered any 'funny smells' Dad said that he loved all of his freshly cooked meals. The package is all-inclusive, so there are no hidden fees. Dad enjoyed the many activities too. Put it this way if Carlsberg did care homes then Cadley Hill is it! Thank you all.

Thank you for being there for my Gran in her final days. Making sure she had her very hot cup of tea and hot homemade soup.
For holding her hands in between our visits and for holding ours when we needed it!
Her room was beautiful and the food was fabulous.

Cadley Hill is more like a five-star hotel but much more homely. The staff are so welcoming and residents and staff are all happy. My Aunty is back to her old self since moving in there. Always lots going on too! Just how care should be.
