The care my mum has received has been absolutely first rate from carers, activity coordinators, chefs, housekeeping and administrative staff.
No matter what anyone’s role, it would appear at Cuttlebrook Hall that everyone pulls together to include the residents and help in any way they can.
The building and facilities are lovely and I feel so much less anxious myself, knowing that my mum is safe and being well looked after by such a kind and caring group of people.
Visitors are welcomed any time and the staff make a great effort to get to know us also! As well as always being on hand to discuss anything as and when the need arises.
All in all, Cuttlebrook Hall is proving to be a great success and I hope that it takes off and that they continue to provide the care and atmosphere that they are achieving so far.
Thank you all at Cuttlebrook Hall.
Hi, thank you for rating Cuttlebrook five stars and for your kind words.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

I joined Care UK in May 2021 because I love their passion for residents and the training and support staff are provided.
I have management experience in both residential and nursing homes.
As a manager you need to be caring, have a great amount of patience and resilience to any obstacles that come up. It is important to have good communication with your team and show compassion to the people we provide care for.
My favourite part of each day is in the afternoon when everyone is calm and relaxed and I can take time to chat to residents and ask about their day.
