The care, facilities, accommodation and staff are all excellent. The staff were very understanding during the admission process, and whilst my mum has only been at the home for a month or so, the care provided has been excellent, with a wide range of social activities.

On arrival, he was warmly welcomed and soon settled into a friendly and caring environment. It was a big lifestyle change for him and he was greatly helped to adjust by the support of the first-class staff. The standard of the facilities at the home are excellent, with good rooms, good food and great care and he will be very happy there.

I have worked as a Customer Relationship Manager in the Care Sector for the past 11 years, and I couldn’t think of a job that I would rather be doing. I am delighted to be the Customer Relationship Manager of Willingdon Park Manor, Hallmark’s newest home.
My role is to be that guide for those looking at care settings, help with any questions; building that relationship along the way. So if a decision is made to move into our lovely home, it will be smooth and welcoming. It can be a stressful time for all concerned, and if I can be that sounding board to ease their worries, then part of my job is done.
