After my dad's first night, he called me to say this place is marvellous and he burst into tears - which were tears of happiness and reassurance. We were so lucky to find Hampstead Court Care Home - Avery Healthcare. At 87 my dad said he has found a new life at Hampstead Court. As a daughter, I am so relieved they are in the best care.

There are lots of staff for each resident and my mum was given plenty of individual attention. She especially enjoyed the activities, including exercise classes and film showings.

My father went into Hapmsetad Court after a broken hip, and has now been in the home for about almost a month. Ese used to work as a sales assistant, however, seeing her grandmother receive care made her want to make a difference in other people’s lives.
Ese has achieved NVQ levels 3 and 5 in health and social care/healthcare management.
She has now been at Avery Healthcare since March 2022 and lives all of the values.
Her biggest highlight in life is working her way up from Care Assistant to Team Leader to Unit Manager Care/ Training Lead and now to a residential home Deputy Manager.
Ese's role requires being a good listener, strong operating of the home, displaying kindness to everyone and being a team player. Every day, spending time with the residents is something she takes pride in. Ese thoroughly enjoys lending them an ear, listening to their life stories and admiring the experiences they have.
