My father has just returned to his home after spending 4weeks at Lady Jane Court Care Home following a fall. I have to say that I cannot find anything to criticise the care that he has received. The home is brand new and very well appointed with the safety and comfort of residents at the core. The staff and management give fantastic care to residents. They have kept the family well informed with regard to fathers progress whilst he was receiving repsite care. A big thank you to all at the home and good luck for the future.

The common areas and the resident's rooms are always very clean and accessible and the facilities and food provided by the ever-lovely chefs are exceptional for a care home.

From the moment I contacted Lady Jane Court on behalf of my mum, I was very impressed. Communication is very good. The obvious advantage is that it is a brand-new care home and all the facilities are spotless. My wife and I were given an excellent guided tour and Mum moved in at the beginning of February. From day one, she has been made to feel very welcome and all the staff that we have met have been extremely caring, helpful, friendly and welcoming. As you walk through the entrance, the home has a lovely feel about it and we are very pleased that Mum is in their care.

Each and every member of staff that has dealt with my mother-in-law has treated her in a compassionate and dignified way. Nothing has been too much for them when delivering care for her. The staff have treated her as an individual and made adaptations specifically for her needs, be it mobility, meals, medication or physical care needs. The staff have shown the same level of care when dealing with the family too. It's been reassuring for the family to know my mother-in-law is comfortable and well cared for.
