My son is a service user at Downshire House since 2011. The care provided by Aston Care Homes is excellent and very caring and respectful to residents and our family. I am a regular visitor to the house and we observe a caring and helpful environment, with staff knowledgeable of our son's needs. Highly recommended and much appreciated for the care provided.
I'm extremely happy with my family members' care they receive at Downshire House. The staff are very kind and supportive and the care received is suited to their specific needs. I feel safe in the knowledge that they are being cared for in a kind and considerate manner and all the staff go above and beyond to ensure their safety and happiness and this is reflected in their demeanor.
