The staff are very helpful - nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, they are courteous and friendly and always reply to a 'thank you' with 'your welcome'. There's a lot of friendly banter and laughter between the users and the staff.

The care my mother-in-law receives is of a good standard in the main. She is always clean and she seems happy most of the time. My only complaint is noticing if her nails or eyes need attention. They will do it if we ask but we would be happier if they noticed before we have to tell them. Her carers are very good with her. She is always happy when they are around. We don't think she would have survived this long without their care.

The was no possibility of him coming home, so we have to find him a nursing home....
