Albion Court care home is a multicultural home situated in Winson Green, Birmingham. They offer residential, dementia, nursing and respite care. The home provides high-quality care in a homely environment, all bedrooms are en suite and you can personalise these with your own items.

The team warmly welcome couples or companions to continue their care journey together in the care home.

They offer a wide range of activities to promote your health and well being, ranging from exercise sessions, yoga, book club, gardening and modern technology such as Skype. Professional staff and management are very supportive. Visited other care homes and Albion Court is exceptional. It is a cheerful, welcoming environment, clean with great security measures. Residents appear very relaxed and clean in appearance. Carers are really dedicated, and the nursing team have
time for updates on loved ones. I currently have my mother as a resident, and I have seriously thought about my own life/wellbeing and hope to become a resident in the future.

Thank you so much to all the staff making dads respite stay great. We needed to know dad was somewhere full of activities and somewhere we could trust. I will be using Albion Court again to complete respite in the future as they really have put our minds at rest.

All staff are very friendly and supportive. Very clean environment and maintenance of hygiene. Peaceful and relaxed environment. Administration staff are also helpful for residents and to their family. They are strict and regulated with protocols. Very happy with their service and look after.

Albion Court Care Home is excellent. They offer a high standard of care to residents. Having worked in health care myself I can also say the staff offer good service to relatives. They keep them well informed and are always happy to discuss any issues and explain things.

Albion Court has given my mother a safe and happy home to live. The staff has been kind and caring. They've helped to make her transition more easy to accept. Any concerns have been addressed and my mothers wishes has been recorded in her plan. So far so good.

I'm going to describe my experience with this care home. My Dad stayed here for around 6 months and he had a really good experience. He was really happy here with the staff. The staff were really friendly and they all treated my Dad as a friend. I would recommend this care home for your loved ones.

Upon visiting the home prior to my father being offered a placement here I found management and also staff to be very friendly and informative. We have also been greeted with a smile and a very professional manner each time we have visited. All staff appear to interact very well with the people who

My father has recently moved into Albion Court and so far the staff has been very high in their standards of care and quality also the activities coordinator has been so helpful, actually 10 out of 10 as has all the other staff the home is so clean it's like home from home good on the cleaners for doing
an excellent job the management is so lovely especially the manager for taking time to show us around on our first meeting as she was ready to leave but she stayed for us to give us a tour. I'd give the home a 5-star review thanks for taking care of Dad.

I have been consistently impressed by the patience, compassion and professionalism showed by the staff here. Their cheerfulness and humour has helped to lift the spirits of both Mom and myself.

My godmother, who lived on her own, had unfortunately taken a turn for the worse and had been required to be moved to a care home. A really upsetting experience.
However, on visiting her at The Albion Court Care Home, my mind was definitely put at rest.
I turned up, unannounced, had to sign in for
security and then was allowed to go and visit her. I walked towards her room to find her walking along the corridor going to the dining room unassisted to have lunch.
The other residents were sat at the table whilst the lovely staff attended to their every need ensuring that everyone was catered for.
My godmother didn't want much, but the staff insisted on her having a lovely main, dessert and drink. All she kept saying is 'I want a cup of tea' on fish and chip fryday.
I met with the deputy manager, who I'd love to name but not allowed to. She put my mind at rest and advised me to speak to Social Services for additional information.
Me and my family are really grateful to the wonderful team at Albion Court!

The transition from a previous Avery care home was difficult at first as the family were made aware just weeks prior to the move that my father had been deemed end of life. As a family, we were dependent on the help of a staff member to help us sort out financial aspects as there had been a query regarding
if a health bed would be totally funded or not. The staff member made several calls and communicated with the relevant personnel to help us as a family to which we are grateful and she was able to fully inform us of the parameters pertaining to my father's care package.

The admin staff was absolutely brilliant when Dad had to come into care. She was and is friendly, kind and helpful. It was a very stressful time but she helped us greatly with the admin side of things and it all went smoothly, so not having to worry about that side of things was really great. I think
Albion Court Care Home is a fantastic care home. They have looked after Mum really well since 2019 and Dad since January 2023. I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff at Albion Court.

Went to visit Mom today 4/08/23 only to find a fun day/celebration in full swing. All the residents were catered for. Some staff came in on their day off to help out. Mom sat out in the sun foot tapping, steel band plus a singer keeping everybody entertained. Enough food and soft drinks to cater for
residents and guests. Yet again a 110% effort from all the staff to include and entertain. Thank you all.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Albion Court Care Home for taking care of my aunt. She has been in the home since Covid and is so relaxed and at peace. The staff are warm, caring and so willing to help. The deputy manager is a star and has been extremely helpful in trying to ensure that the
family and external things that need to be put in place are completed to statutory requirements. Thank you to the deputy manager and her team, we really appreciate you.
