Words cannot convey my gratitude to all the staff at Albion Court. They continue to care for my mother to the highest of standards. They show Mom patience, kindness and love. Never has this been more evident than during these troubled times. You should all be so proud of the service you provide. True heroes.

Massive thanks to all staff at Albion Court during these difficult times. I know my mom is well looked after, always clean, fed and happy, and room and community areas are excellently clean and tidy. So, I never have any concerns about making the right choice of home for my lovely mom and would, and have, recommend it to people.

My nan was treated with the utmost care and respect during her six years at Albion Court. All members of staff were always kind and courteous to residents and visitors alike. High standards of personal care, cleanliness throughout the home, laundry and food and drink were meticulously maintained. There were some management changes during her residence, but the dedication and affection towards her from the care staff never waivered. It was comforting to know that she was so well looked after, particularly her end of life care during the difficulties and restrictions of the coronavirus pandemic.

The staff have been wonderful looking after my mother-in-law especially with COVID-19. They have always kept us informed how she is. The home is always welcoming and spotless. The residents have lots of activities. Would not hesitate to recommend the home.

Despite her poor health, my mother was always happy, comfortable and relaxed at Albion Court, during her 10 years as a resident. This was certainly, in part, related to the very good care she was receiving, the pleasant surroundings and the caring staff. I would like to thank all staff (from cleaners to the laundry staff to the carers themselves) for making my mother's final years as comfortable as possible.

Care of my mother - staff are always kind to her, taking care of everything for her, always reassuring her and giving tenderness, especially when she was ill. The manager was there for her to make sure things were all in place. Thank you - great care.

I visit regularly to see/support my dad. He is cared for by really kind people. He needs a lot of help to make sure he is cared for properly.
I wouldn't want him in any other care home.

Thank you to all of the staff.

My mum has been here for about 18 months. She is very happy here and well looked after. We are very pleased with her care.

The carers are lovely as are all of the staff. They always have time for my mum and give her lots of cuddles which she loves. There are also lots of activities and a hairdresser comes to do the residents hair.

I wish to thank all the staff concerned with my wife's brother. The care and attention is second to none. He has been at the home for over 2 years and although we live in Plymouth we come up to see him every month or so. The staff have always been cheerful and helpful. He could not have been in a better place.

Great place. I have never regretted choosing this home to look after my mom. After 10 years of being able to manage mom's needs to find suddenly, you cannot manage anymore, Albion Court Care Centre was the first saw and loved it straight away - wonderful care, entertainment, hairdresser, getting her nails done. These are all things my mom has loved all her life :)
