Everyone looking after dad is fantastic - kind, patient, caring and always treat my dad with dignity and respect. They take the time to get to know the residents as individuals and genuinely care about their wellbeing. I am incredibly grateful to all the staff at Anjulita Court for the difference they have made to my dad's quality of life. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dementia care for a loved one. (I have also only good things to say about the senior management team who have been kind, caring and professional throughout.) Thank you!
We are very pleased your father has settled and you are happy that he is doing well, and with the care and support provided. Thank you for sending your review to the website, I will also pass your kind words to the care and support team. I am pleased to hear that staff are taking the time to get to know your father and show compassion and understanding with their support. Thank you, Ernie
I visit my friend, who I've known for 60+ years, and the home is very comfortable, staff friendly, always clean and tidy, atmosphere great, and they cannot do enough for my friend, who has thrived since going in, at nearly 101 years. She has delicious meals, is very well cared for by the staff and is very popular. I enjoy going and visiting my friend and the home, and come away with a great experience.
Thank you for your compliments to the staff team at Anjulita Court. We are pleased to welcome friends and family, and it is lovely to hear you enjoy the visits to your dear friend.
The care staff are great but the senior management team are fake and thus a lack of trust has developed between us. Need to look closer at their overall behaviours. It seems over recent months that the age of facility is showing with visitors toilet out of order for at least 3 months.
Thanks for your feedback. We're pleased you think our care staff are great. However, we're sad and disappointed that you haven't accepted the outcome of our formal investigation into your complaints and that your experience does not match that of your other family members, other residents and their...
The management and staff at Anjulita Court are exceptional in the care shown to residents and their families. My mother was a resident for 5 years until her death in April 2026. At all times the staff were attentive to her needs and accommodating to us as visitors. Their caring and flexible attitude helped make the experience as good as possible, especially in the more difficult days leading up to the end. Highly recommended!
It was our pleasure to support your mother for her time here, her sense of humour was always uplifting. Thank you for the positive comments which we will share with the team here and please know that you are always welcome at Anjulita Court. Kind regards from Ernie and the team.
Staff always interacted well with mum, even when she was debating the need for her medication.
When it came to what turned out to be the last 2 weeks of mums life, staff were hugely helpful and supportive. My brother and I were able to stay on the unit for the last 5 days. As well as great care for mum, we also felt looked after, both physically and emotionally. Many staff and volunteers came to say goodbye to mum and share their memories with us. Staff were also in attendance at mum's funeral.
It was an absolute privilege and honour to look after your mum. Your kind words about our team mean a lot, especially regarding the support and compassion shown to you and your family. We're also delighted to hear she enjoyed so many of our activities. Thank you for trusting us with your mum's care...
A wonderful place with staff that are caring and attentive always. We always feel welcome and part of the family and trust that grandma is being cared for at all times.
Thank you for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that you always feel welcome and part of the family when you visit. It means so much to know that you're happy with your grandma's care and we'll share your lovely feedback with our team.
My Mum was admitted to Anjulita Court, Redlands, as her health had deteriorated and she needed 24 hour care. The staff immediately understood her needs and instinctively provided the care she needed. They were compassionate and kind, making her feel at home very quickly. Sadly, Mum's condition deteriorated further and after a shirt hospital stay, she died. However, I would have been very happy for her to have remained in Anjulita Court, where the ethos and staff make it a very special place.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're honoured to have cared for your lovely mum and grateful for your kind words about our team. We wish you and your family all the best and our doors are always open to you.
Very pleased to have found Anjulita Court for my parents-in-law as they are now at a time in their lives where they need extra care. They are settling in very well with the help of the wonderful staff. Dad loves the home cooked food and their rooms are homely, bright and clean. Senior carers on mill are very approachable and address any needs Dad and Mum might have, family are very happy they are being well looked after.
Thank you for taking time to leave such as a lovely comment. We feel privileged to be part of your parents' journey and we are especially pleased that we have been able to support their wish to share their lives together in comfort and companionship. I will be delighted to share your positive feedback with the team. Thank you for your trust.
Anjulita Court is excellent in all respects. I have been impressed particularly by the facilities and the quality, and the compassion of the staff. My wife's parents are privileged to be here.
Thank you so much for your kind review. We are delighted that your wife's parents and family are happy with our care and support. It is a pleasure to look after your parents - they are wonderful people who bring so much warmth, happiness, and laughter to our home. Both our residents and staff enjoy spending time with them. Thank you again for your trust and support from the beginning.
She tells us she is happy living here, and that means the world to us.
Thanks for your lovely review which we will pass onto our team. We're delighted to hear how much you and your family enjoyed the birthday celebrations and being at Anjulita. Your kind words mean the world to us too.
Dad came to Anjulita Court for 2 weeks of respite care. I had actively been looking for the right environment for Dad, following a difficult experience he had had previously in another care home. From the moment I stepped into Anjulita, I was greeted at the door and shown around with complete understanding and empathy. Each member of staff took the time to listen and wanted to know all about my dad and his needs. If there is one word to sum up the culture at Anjulita, it would be 'family'. My dad has felt at home and relaxed throughout his two weeks of respite, and as a consequence, I have also felt the benefit of his full-time carer, knowing that the level of care he has received has been exceptional.
Thank you for your review and ratings of the support for your Dad. I have passed this positive feedback to the team at Anjulita Court. I am very pleased that your Dad felt part of the Anjulita family for his short stay.
My grandma moved to Anjulita Court late last year and I cannot thank the staff enough for how welcoming and kind they have been towards her. They always endeavour to make sure she feels included and treat her with dignity. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for the feedback about the welcome and support for your grandma. We are glad to see her settle so well with the Anjulita community. I have passed your compliments to the team.
When mum has been unwell, she is looked after even more. Much appreciated.
We really appreciate your wonderful feedback on our whole team who will be delighted by your comments. It's an honour and privilege to support your lovely mum, she is a special part of our Anjulita family.
My mum is currently staying at Anjulita Court for her second period of respite, and once again, she is in exceptionally good hands. From the first point of enquiry through to her admission, our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff are extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and above all, genuinely kind. Mum's needs are complex and ever-changing, yet in every instance they have been met with a calm, solution-focused approach. Communication has been clear and reassuring throughout. Anjulita Court sets a very high standard of care, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Thank you so much for your feedback, this means a lot to all of us. I have passed this to the team and we hope your mother is doing well after her stay with us.
My mother was very unwell and experiencing significant anxiety when she was admitted to Anjulita Court. She has been gently supported to regain her health and confidence and is now very glad to have moved here. She has enjoyed deciding how to organise her room and has been encouraged to join in with new activities but also helped to continue to pursue her existing interests. All of the staff from every part of the home work together as a team. They know Mum well and know how to encourage her to be as independant as possible. They communicate very effectively with us as a family and involve us in Mum's care. Mum says that she is very content here and becoming "more content every day".
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are delighted to hear that your mother is feeling happy and settled at Anjulita Court. It is wonderful to know that our person-centred care approach is truly achieved, as we always aim to make our residents feel comfortable and at home. It has been such...
The staff, what can I say, are professional, highly trained, really efficient, really good at their job but also, incredibly kind, caring, funny, they interact with the clients in a way that goes above and beyond their job description. I and my family would like to say a huge, thank you.
Thank you for your positive comments. I am pleased you feel your Auntie has settled really well and is happy. I will share your comments with the team.
Anjulita Court in general is a very well-run care home with amazing staff. The level of care shown to my mother has been exceptional, particularly by the whole care team on Mill. My mother has some complex needs and the staff deal with this brilliantly, accommodating those needs with empathy and care. I am always updated on her well-being. Everything is always very clean, the food is very good and the staff are warm and friendly. I have experienced a few care homes over the years and Anjulita is by far one of the best I have seen. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mother is safe and very well looked after. Thank you all and special thanks to all the staff on Mill.
Thank you for your positive feedback on the overall service provided at Anjulita and the comments specific to the staff on Mill Household. This has been passed on to the whole team.
Although I am a friend, I am next of kin to a husband and wife who went into Anjulita Court in May 2023. Every time I went to visit them, they both said they were so happy there and well cared for and they loved the meals. It is such good value for money. Sadly the husband died suddenly just before Christmas, but their care and support of his wife has been amazing. I know that and the support of another friend who lives there has been a great help to her. The husband wasn't always easy due to dementia, but their care of them both has been above and beyond. I have visited many care homes but Anjulita Court has been the best one I have seen. The manager and staff have always been very caring and helpful to me as well.
Many thanks for the feedback and ratings given regarding the support and care provided to your friends.
Last year Mum had a cut on her leg. We were informed about it immediately and were well supported during the time when Mum had to go to hospital and during her subsequent recovery.
In summary, we are very pleased with the care home and would happily recommend it to others.
Thank you for taking the time to provide the great ratings and kind comments about the care at MHA Anjulita Court. I have passed this feedback to the care staff directly supporting your Mum.
Even though my dad did not take part in any activities, his choice, I know from the program that there is more than enough to keep residents occupied.
We have already pencilled in some future dates.
We are glad the respite stay was a success for your father and yourselves. Thank you for the positive feedback and star ratings on our service at MHA Anjulita Court.
