Your feedback is very encouraging for the staff team who as you say have worked through the stressful year to maintain safety and care for all residents and each other. We are very conscious of the reduction in activity, especially communal activity in our central foyer as we have kept residents on different units apart for infection prevention reasons. We will be focusing more effort on meaningful activity for residents and hope that we can also involve relatives more as the restrictions ease. Thank you again.

Ernie has been the home manager at MHA Anjulita Court in Bedford since 2019. He has been a nurse since 1983 and has a caring and open approach to managing the team and supporting residents and families. His door is always open for feedback from anyone. He also supports residents in enjoying activities including music and the garden.
