I found the manager unhelpful rude and abrupt, and hygiene of my aunt was certainly not met, the Roebuck have a duty of care to resident and liaison with families should be paramount. I found the manager unhelpful rude and abrupt, and hygiene of my aunt was certainly not met, the Roebuck have a duty of care to resident and liaison with families should be paramount. I am saddened by the care my aunt is receiving at the Roebuck. Staff appear afraid of any involvement with families obviously due to mismanagement.
