Thank you for taking the time to review Aire View Care Home. It was a pleasure to have had your father as part of our loving care community here at Aire View, and he is deeply missed by all. In regards to continence supplies, these are made by assessment from the NHS continence service as to what is appropriate for each individual and items for this are supplied by them, aids are used in conjunction with supporting individuals continence requirements. End of life protocols was adhered to as per government guidance for care homes during Covid-19, and we totally understand that this was frustrating for families. This was explained in full by the deputy manager during his final days. If you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact the home directly via email or telephone call.
