Since my grandma moved into Aire View in the summer of 2019 she has made lots of new friends. She enjoys the activities and the meals provided.

Staff are always happy to listen to you when you want to speak with someone. We feel that our grandma is safe and well cared for. Her health has improved and overall wellbeing. As a family, we would recommend Aire View 100%.

My mother resided on the dementia floor at Aire View, until she recently passed away. She spent four very happy years there and was very well looked after and cared for. I rang her most days and she always sounded happy and cheerful. When I visited she was always smiling. The staff are dedicated and professional despite the very long hours they work! They treat the residents with dignity and respect and help them to maintain their independence for as long as possible. The end of life care my mother received was unprecedented; nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Aire View is a lovely place with beautiful gardens, but at the end of the day it's all the staff that make it an outstanding home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

As for me and mum this is our first experience of mum having respite care and we have had a wonderful time. As her daughter is has given me peace of mind that if she should need full-time care this is the place to be.

Mum looking forward to the next visit (holiday) Thank you so much, see you again.

For the past year, my mum was a resident in your care home. Unfortunately, she passed away very recently. I would just like to say all the management and staff, they could not do enough for Mum. She was very well cared for, her room was lovely. Everyone who works there is very friendly. We as a family were very pleased with her care and knew she was in safe hands. Thanks to all the staff, as a company you should be proud of everyone who works there!

Excellent staff, helpful and very nice lovely food. Excellent hairdresser. Lovely garden.

My mother-in-law really enjoyed her 2 weeks of respite but would have appreciated an opportunity to go out on a trip once a week.

The staff at Aire View treat my mother in such a lovely, caring way. Since arriving at the home from a previous home she has been removed from all her psychotic drugs and they manage her dementia. I feel my mother is in a safe, caring and secure unit.

Thank you.

Care and support: By carers is good - management, poor.

Staff: Good, but some staff slack - not on the ball.

Activities: The two activity staff are more than excellent.

Safety and security: I always felt Mum was safe but I would recommend all jewellery is removed.

Value for money: Extras are paid for - no value to Mum.

Aire View Care Home is a very pleasant place to visit. The public rooms are very attractively decorated and very meticulously maintained. The gardens are very beautifully planted and give my mother hours of pleasure. The staff are very supportive and helpful and want to listen. They supported me as well as my mother when she first moved in. All family members have commented on how well my mother is looking since she moved in.

My brother has only been at Aire View Care Home for a short time but he has settled really well and tells me he is happy there. He is always clean and tidy when we visit, no matter what time of day it is. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would feel confident in recommending this care home to anyone.

I have visited a friend at Aire View for just over two years. The staff are really friendly on all levels and will stop and talk to you. The home is spotlessly clean. The food I have seen served looks very good and I would be happy to recommend the home to people that need care.

The high-quality accommodation offered to my mother for the final 2.5years of her life, provided her with the comfort and security she deserved.
She was cared for with kindness and dignity, all her needs were met or exceeded. The highly trained staff were always on hand when required and were always willing to assist with any special requests.
Visitors to my mother were always made to feel very welcome and took reassurance from the general ambience.

We have had no hesitation in recommending Aire View as an excellent care facility.
