On my recent visit I was happy with the way the home is run, my mum is well and happy, the staff are all friendly. In general I have been pleased with the way the home has been run during Covid (not an easy task). As usual, the gardens are lovely for the residents to sit in.

Aire View Care Home looked after our mum for 1 year until she passed away and always showed outstanding, compassionate and genuine care and kindness to her throughout the whole time that she was a resident during the Covid19 pandemic. We were always dealt with in a patient and friendly way by all staff by phone, given the visiting restrictions. We certainly chose the very best home for Mum and she was made to feel welcome, safe, comfortable, content and genuinely cared about by all staff.

Ever since entering Aire View Care Home four years ago, my auntie has been relaxed and appears to have felt at home. The staff have always been pleasant, sociable and available when I have visited or rung. I visited the home on 12.02.21 to see my mum. I was warmly greeted at the door by a member of staff who took my temperature etc. It was lovely to see that my mum was already waiting with her carer in the pod. Can I pass on my thanks to everyone in the home for being helpful, kind and caring in looking after my mum and this gives us great peace of mind that she is well cared for.

I can't emphasise enough how wonderful the staff have been towards my mum. She's been going through the worst time in her life after losing my father in April last year; losing contact with her friends and family, mainly due to coronavirus; losing her home and independence due to Alzheimer's and not being able to have close contact with me since she moved to Aire View in October. I still can't properly assess all the ratings but I'm sure they will increase when I can go in.
Thank you for reviewing Aire View Care Home. Fabulous support and care from all staff. Treated with dignity and respect, couldn't recommend Aire View any higher. My aunt is happy and well looked after in a beautiful home. Thank you Aire View.

Mum is clean. Meals seem good. Her teeth always look dirty though (sorry). Her clothes are not usually matched, but that's not a concern as long as they are clean, which they are.
Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them.
The care staff are excellent and always pleasant. He is settled and happy. A wonderful care home!
Very good home with excellent staff who treat the residents with dignity and cheerfulness.
Mum has been very happy and well-cared for since she moved into Aire View in 2018. As a family, we've been impressed with the help and support she has received. The key thing for us is that she feels safe and comfortable. The garden visits are a great way to safely meet relatives in this uncertain/difficult time.
The home is doing a very good job of looking after my mum. She is treated kindly and with respect. Mum is generally in a confused state, but the staff work hard to reassure her. The Covid situation has made things difficult and I'm very impressed with how the home and staff have managed the impact.
One of the most difficult things is leaving a loved one in the care of others. Aire View has always been approachable and caring in the way they deal with us as a family. I feel able to put my trust in the staff who care for my mum and are more than grateful for the peace of mind they give me.
Absolutely fantastic home with exceptional staff, all friendly and willing to help.
