Mum had a respite stay in the home after being in hospital and while I was on holiday. We were very satisfied with the facilities and care that she received. The staff were very pleasant, caring and helpful. All in all a very good experience.

Excellent every member of staff was a genuine and caring person and we felt happy leaving our gran in their expert care whilst we were not there. My gran passed away on the 30th January after only a four-week stay at Hatton Grange. The manager and her team and all the other ladies were unbelievably caring and respectful to my gran and went above and beyond the duties. I would recommend this residential home to anyone. Amazing home, genuine excellent staff.

Hatton Grange is a wonderful place and what makes it wonderful is the staff who work there. My gran lived there for only 5 weeks before her passing, but she loved the place and the staff. She could not have been better treated, respected and looked after. The staff really came into their own near the end. They were really supportive, dignified and offered everything gran and the family needed.
Hatton Grange is a fantastic place, filled with fantastic people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

A massive thank you to everyone there!

We were promised 24-hour peace of mind, this didn't happen, nor was his independence. There were no activities as promised. Not clean, your feet stuck to the floor. Lack of staff and any you could find, had very poor attitudes. I witnessed not only my uncle being neglected but other residents too, to the point where we were helping because there were no staff.
Care plans were not followed, my uncle had a fall within 3 days which he wasn't prone to. Went in for respite with a review to staying but because of the lack of care, I had to bring him home. I was asked to discuss his will. I have worked in care since I was 18 years old, I am now 52 and have never been so disgusted and found it very upsetting the lack of care.

New clothes bought went missing and never returned even though requested, he was sent home with a bag which contained soiled underpants that had not even been swilled through. They weren't even my Uncles. He had a bruise on his arm (which I have a picture of) as if he had been pulled out of the chair.

My dad left hospital and was in need of respite care. He was unable to return to his home because it was no longer suitable for him. Both myself, my husband and other family members have been clearing out his house, finding a new home for him and getting this ready.

Hatton Grange has been a lovely, bright, clean and modern home for my dad. He has been very well cared for and happy for the 6 weeks he has stayed at the home. The staff have been wonderful with him. Dad has received much needed respite care and we have had peace of mind knowing that he has been well cared for. We would happily recommend Hatton Grange to others in the same situation.

I am speaking on behalf of the whole family when I say that we could not have put our mum in a better place. We were no longer able to care for her at home but were worried about handing over our loved one to strangers. They were not strangers for long. The affection, care and respect shown by all the staff at Hatton Grange to our mum was an enormous relief and comfort to us. Thank you all very much for your wonderful support.
