East Park Court Residential Care Home

My Mum has been resident in East Park Court Residential Care Home for three months, in that time I have seen a distinct improvement in her overall wellbeing. Without exception, the staff are fantastic and interact constantly with my Mum. She takes part in several activities including cooking, bingo, visiting singers, one on one reminiscing sessions with old songs from the War era, which Mum remembers with clarity. On each visit she always tells me how ‘lovely’ everybody is at East Park Court and nothing is to much trouble for them and how she is helped with anything she wants. The most important thing for our family is that we know with confidence that she is safe and well looked after in a modern well-equipped setting, complete with personal bedrooms and en-suite facilities. The food is also exceptionally good and plentiful and most important of all to Mum plenty of cups of tea! Thank you all for looking after Mum, it is truly appreciated by us all.

When Mom was taken home after 2 weeks stay, Mom asked to go back to the home as soon as Mom got in her door (that says it all)

My uncle was a resident at East Park Court for several years, and I was always impressed with the quality of care provided by staff. I do not live near the facility, so I was not able to visit as regularly as I would have liked. However, the staff were always accommodating when I called to speak with my uncle, and they kept me apprised as to his health and well being. I felt they knew and cared for him, and I was reassured, from a distance, that the staff had his best interest at heart. The facility was clean, and the meals were nourishing. A memorable highlight was having Christmas lunch with my uncle, East Park residents and staff. It was a lovely meal and a warm, happy event; it was evident that the staff care a great deal for the residents. It is a welcoming, professionally run facility.

Most of all though, she was 'cared' for with my mother commenting that 'nothing was too much trouble, which I think is the best endorsement. I am looking forward to her returning to East Park Court for respite with the knowledge that she will be well looked after.

My aunt has been a resident at East Park Court for ten years now and I have always been impressed by the care she has received. The carers are very capable, and friendly as well; they know the residents and their likes and dislikes. The management is efficient and friendly. The bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped, the walk-in shower in the en-suite so convenient; the food is good and abundant! Now that my aunt is approaching the end of her life I have been so touched by the care and affection she is receiving. Nothing is too much trouble, all they want to do is to make her as comfortable as possible. They have also been so supportive to me.

My mom has been a resident of East Park Court for nearly two years now, she is very well looked after by a very caring team and treated with dignity. Any problems we have had, usually with an agency or temporary staff have been resolved straight away, I can relax knowing that my mom is being cared for during lockdown.

Since my mother's been living in East Park, I can honestly say that all the staff have the same attitude and willingness to help in all situations which have arisen, good and bad. An excellent team and a lovely environment. A credit to the staff and management.

We were very lucky to find such a good care home and have no concerns after four and a half years.

The service provided to my brother is excellent in every way. I could not have found a better care home anywhere around Wolverhampton.

Mom has been a resident of East Park Court for 4 years now and has been very well looked after. The staff do a wonderfull job in all respects. We as a family are always kept well informed, communication is very good. The last few months have been very difficult for care homes, but East Park Court have done extremely well to remain COVID free.

I cannot thank East Park Court enough for the care and dedication shown to my mom over the last 3 years, especially so throughout this pandemic. The staff are very caring, friendly, in fact, amazing.

Mum's only been here for a week but we are really pleased with the care and attention she is receiving. All staff are very pleasant and friendly.

Mom and I chose this home together for her in 2019. The Management and staff were so supportive and understanding, of what we were going through. They helped make a difficult decision, easier. Mom settled very well and soon thought of it as home, especially as we were able to personalise her room with pictures and small items of furniture. The staff are professional, friendly and Mom trusts them. I feel confident leaving Mom in their care. Not only is your loved one looked after, they are always there to offer support and advice to the family too.

Home is always spotless. Staff seem caring and attentive. Activities every day. Not seen meals actually but the menus seem very good. My mother is always clean and well-dressed. She seems happy enough and feels safe. Residents' belongings seem to be better labelled too than previously.

Absolutely lovely homely place. My mum had a bad stroke and is a resident here. The staff are amazing, so approachable and lovely, always activities to do etc. Mum has a gluten-free diet of which they accommodate easily with no issues. Lovely spacious room. Very highly recommended.

My mom has been in this care home for a year. The care is very good, I am pleased overall that my mom is being looked after. There are some issues that need attention, like shortage of staff. I think sometimes residents are being neglected, not because they don’t care but there aren’t enough staff. Most of the staff there are very attentive and caring.

Staff in the home are really kind and friendly, they are always working really hard to improve the care that they provide.

The home is always clean, it is secure and it is a pleasant environment for the residents.
