Dad received amazing care throughout his stay at Foxton Court Care Home. All the team showed and acted genuinely in a respectful and loving way. In a very short time, the team were friendly and loving not only to my dad but also to myself and my family. The location was ideal, that enabled me to call in daily as a family we'll be forever grateful.

Foxton Court Care Home is situated in a small estate just south of Morpeth. It is a purpose-built building and has a large garden to the rear. You have your own room, with carers and nurses to look after you. I have no complaints, in fact, everyone is making my stay here as safe as possible.

I would like to thank the staff for the kindness, patience and understanding they showed my husband during his stay. He was very lucky to be cared for so well in such beautiful surroundings. I loved that his room overlooked the gardens.

Delighted with the care that my brother receives at Foxton Court. He is settled, happy, stress-free and has steadily gained weight since his arrival in June 2018. All the staff show great patience and care and interact with him all the time. Thanks to all the excellent care my brother receives.

My father has lived at Foxton Court for over 2 years. It is a friendly caring home. All of the staff are kind and dedicated to looking after the residents. Family and friends (and pets) are made to feel very welcome.

There is a wide range of activities although my father chooses not to participate very often. Overall an excellent care home.

Foxton Court is now home to my Mother. She has been here since August 2019. Mother does have her problems but is not too bad, and I have to say the staff always do listen. Attention to Mother is good and Foxton is always clean. Food is good.

Review from V B (Respite Resident) published on 7 February 2020 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

I had a well-furnished, comfortable, single bedroom, with built-in toilet facilities and a bath/shower room close by. The staff were most considerate and helpful, showing great concern and care for the seriously handicapped and elderly folk in their care. The excellent set meals in the restaurant offer main course choices, whilst between meals both hot and cold drinks and snacks are brought to one's room if required. Attention is given to physical well-being and greatly appreciated. The regular physical exercises effectively and sympathetically directed in a sitting room. Staff are available to assist with bath or shower as required. I appreciated a visit from a podiatrist to attent to my toenails. On two days per week, a hairdresser is available for those of us lucky enough to have some hair left to cut. I was made most welcome, and was encouraged to bring and play my electric keyboard. Varied entertainments are arranged and much appreciated, and I was delighted to be asked to help celebrate the end of the old year and entry of 2020.
