It was with great pleasure to see the cleanliness of the place with wonderful and helpful management and staff. The response time was great for our needs and requirements. It's just brilliant to have no worries or concerns as this is handled so good by the people who run the organisation.

It is comforting to know that your mom is well looked after, and comfortable in her surroundings. The staff are very good and show a lot of care and respect to both my mum and the other residents. Whenever I visit, it is always the same high standard of care.

My mom had been at Clare Court for almost 4 years. She fought many stages of dementia and was always treated with utmost dignity and respect. The last few weeks leading to my mom's passing have been challenging. The nursery team have been amazing and although in the end, my mom stayed in hospital for her final days the nursing team put a plan together immediately after I approached them so that she could be cared for pallatively if it was needed. They were so supportive and understanding. I thank them all. The whole team in Clare Court.

In my opinion, this was a very good home for my dad. He stayed in there for three years. They made his stay over the duration of his time. His time was comfortable and relaxed and they made sure he was very well looked after.

The staff are very helpful, very kind and understanding. You can go to them if you have any worries, you can ask to talk about anything to do with home or relatives that stay. They keep you informed on things happening. My Mom is well looked after, I know I can go talk about anything if need be. I'm so happy with the care and home staff.

Not fit for purpose. Staff needs training, care is poor overall. Seems like a prison. Poor management. The service user was just left in their chair with little support. Wasn't even able to get a footstool to elevate the resident's swollen feet. Was told to buy our own footstool.

Staff are open and listen to questions/feedback and try hard to help. They show care which is appreciated.

Negative: smell of building isn't pleasant. Nan, at times, seems isolated and room is quiet with no stimulation.

The reception staff are excellent in assisting myself and my wife, especially one in particular.
My sister-in-law is well looked after in all departments despite her mobility being restricted (her age is 91 years).

Management, especially one in particular, are easy to communicate with and handles any questions very efficiently.

I would like to thank the activity team at Clare Court. They have, from the offset, encouraged my mum to be involved with social activities at her care home. In doing so, this has enabled my mother to feel part of a nurturing and caring environment, which in turn has supported her emotional well-being. The activity team are a wonderful asset to my mother's journey!

I wanted to say that I am really enjoying living at Clare Court. I did not initally want to leave my own home, but now I am at Clare Court, I am happy. The staff are really nice and take time to care and talk to me. I had a really nice birthday in December and also a lovely Christmas. This would not have been possible if it was not for the wonderful staff and management, oh and the great chef and his staff. Thank you very much.

Really lovely Christmas vibe at Clare Court. The Christmas gift box for residents was a super idea and well received. Mother-in-law's carpet has recently been changed, this is greatly appreciated. First floor activities room being re-purposed, I hope this is still going to be accessible to residents and their families.
