Mum spent 3 weeks for respite here. She felt safe and secure. Two staff members in particular made sure she was cared for. Food and drinks kept her going and broke up the day well.

My Nan is always happy here and the food is excellent. Nan really enjoys the singers and colouring. The staff are always really helpful and happy everytime I come here and they always make us feel welcome.

On celebrating her 100th birthday, they made her a cake, sent flowers and made her feel like a queen. I highly recommend Berkeley Court as nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone is friendly. We have got to know the staff well who do a good job. We as a family feel at ease that mum is at Berkeley Court. We are kept informed of any instances that happen. There is a nice family atmosphere.
