I'm very happy with the care my mum receives at the care home. The staff are always kind, caring, and attentive, and they treat her with dignity and respect. Communication is excellent, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing she is safe, comfortable, and being so well looked after every day.

It was a difficult decision moving Mum into residential care, but thanks to the kindness and professionalism of staff, she has settled in well. Any concerns we have had have been addressed and acted on quickly. We can visit when we want and take my mum out. Knowing she is safe when we leave is such a weight lifted. We are made to feel very welcome by staff who are always polite, and I feel I am visiting my mum at home. Thank you all.

Mum spent 3 weeks for respite here. She felt safe and secure. Two staff members in particular made sure she was cared for. Food and drinks kept her going and broke up the day well.

Reply from Micheala Jessop, Home Manager at Berkeley Court

Thank you for taking the time to leave Berkeley Court a review. We are really pleased Mum felt safe and secure; it was an absolute pleasure having her here with us. Our doors are always open should Mum want to come back or maybe join us for one of our home cooked dinners. Thank you again for your time and kind words.

The staff are friendly, getting in and out of the building can be a pain, but it is a necessary part of security and caring for our love ones. The staff are exceptional in dealing with the people in their care. I particularly like the tactileness of the staff, (hugs, stroke, kiss) on the back drop, some residents don't get visitors. I think this is hugely important

My husband has been here for respite care on several occasions. The facilities are very good, the staff are wonderful and the food and entertainment are excellent.

I would also like to mention the laundry staff who work tirelessly to keep residents clothes etc. in good condition.

The staff at Berkeley Court are like family, from the carers who care for my grandmother to the staff in the office and on reception. The care, support and love they have for my gran gives me the peace of my mind that she is safe and well looked after. On celebrating her 100th birthday, they made her a cake, sent flowers and made her feel like a queen. I highly recommend Berkeley Court as nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone is friendly. Huge thanks to everyone.
