We felt comfortable that care and safety was paramount. Both in-laws are now resident and have settled nicely. I have made suggestions regarding individual care, about the way carers speak to Mum as she can't make decisions so needs prompts (dementia). The laundry is not on top of getting clothes tagged and back to her room and carers put clean clothes on every day (which she doesn't need). These problems are being attended to. 8/10.

We are always open to suggestions and want to make sure we are providing the best possible care we can. As discussed, we are always trying to encourage our residents to take part in our daily, weekly and monthly activities, which are arranged with residents' input to make sure we put something on for everyone. However, we respect people's wishes when they do not wish to participate. We are looking into the clothes labelling and aim to resolve this soon. If there's anything else we can do, my door is always open.

My mum has been in here since October and the change in her is amazing she is back to her normal happy self and more talkative, totally different person to how she was in the last place. The staff here are really friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them.
