I would like to congratulate the staff and management on making my dad feel welcome to Berkely Court. The staff have been helpful and polite and quickly created a friendly, courteous and dignified relationship with my dad at a very difficult time for him. They have also been approachable and informative with myself.

My father came to Berkeley Court after suffering from Dementia for many years and when my mum suffered a stroke she was no longer able to care for him. The home is just that - a beautiful home for the residents. The staff are fantastic and make it their business to find out what the residents like and dislike, understand their past and have as much fun with them as they can. My father enjoyed many activities including table tennis, singing, dancing and art. My father passed away this week and he was cared for by the staff in such a dignified way we cannot fault it. They also helped us so much through the most difficult time of our lives. I will be eternally grateful to the staff at Berkeley Court and will recommend it to anyone who needs a home for their loved one.

My Mother has stayed here twice now for respite care. The carers are fantastic. My Mother said the cooks/chef cook great food. Rooms are clean and kept tidy. I can only give 10 out of 10 for this home.

The home itself was of a very high standard. The rooms were roomy and airy with enough storage space. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and polite to both residents and their relatives. I was always kept informed of Mum's weight and health. She enjoyed herself at the home and made good friends.

Excellent. My parents were treated fantastically. I cannot praise the staff enough. The manager got my parents in quickly to help calm the situation of respite for my mother and recovery for dad. The rooms, lounge with comfy chairs was great, made them feel at home. Mam would go back tomorrow. Dad with dementia loved it. Still talks about it now. Thank you all.

My mum in law has been a resident for nearly a year. I have delayed sending a review partly because I find it very difficult to come to terms with the decision to arrange residential care. After initially being on a different unit my mum in law with the help of management staff is now in just the perfect unit. It can not be faulted. The staff are friendly, respectful and kind. She is always dressed well and treated with dignity. She has put a little weight on despite needing a lot of encouragement to eat, her continence has greatly improved. I am so grateful as I know dementia care is a challenge. The staff are always trying to raise funds to provide little extras such as trips, entertainment and easter eggs etc.

I was immediately impressed with the warm and friendly welcome from management and reception at Berkley Court. On my first visit, my relative has not been in residency long (3 months) but praises the staff and accommodation.

All staff are polite, friendly and appear to be attentive to all residents and their needs all the time. I would recommend this residential home to others as a suitable location for aged persons requiring 24-hour care.

The staff have been very kind and patient in settling my mother who is very resistant to a care home into her new 'home'. I am extremely grateful to them because she is very angry with me for placing her in there and they have supported me to during this distressing time. My mother is 98 and severely sight impaired.

I have been extremely impressed with the quality of care at Berkeley Court, the kindness of the staff and the support they have given my uncle as a new resident.

The atmosphere in the home is quiet and calming, the environment is very pleasant, and the warmth of the rooms just right.
