Clean comfortable care home nice staff, friendly and helpful.
Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted to hear that you found our home clean and comfortable, and that our staff were friendly and helpful.
Your feedback means a great deal to us, and I will be sure to share your comments with the team. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your valued feedback
My mum went in for two weeks respite care. The staff were very friendly and helpful and mum was well looked after. My mum has moderate/advanced dementia and cannot communicate in her own language to the staff. They made the effort to translate common questions and answers into my mum's native language, printed them and laminated the sheets to help communicate with mum. I really appreciated that. They can improve communication further by using picture cards for residents with communication problems.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that your mum was well looked after during her two-week respite stay and that our team made a positive difference to her experience.
We understand the challenges that dementia can bring, particularly when...
We were a little anxious - my mum has always been resistant to the idea of needing any care. Thankfully the staff were so respectful, warm and accommodating that she settled in quickly and easily. Thank you Hall Park, we will definitely come back again for more respite care very soon.
Thank you for your kind words. It really does mean a lot to receive such positive feedback.
I will be sure to share your comments with the team, who will be delighted to hear how much their care and support was appreciated. I am so pleased that your dad was able to enjoy some well-deserved...
Dad came from hospital and Hall Park on Friday 20/3/26 for palliative care. He died peacefully 1 week later on 27/3/26. The care was phenomenal - kind, generous, above and beyond. Helping us siblings (David's offspring) through the process. Nothing appeared too difficult and all of our needs were thought of and met. I have already started recommending you. Thank you.
Our team will be very touched to hear that their kindness, attentiveness, and compassion made a difference to both your dad and your family. Supporting you and your siblings through such a significant and emotional time is something we take to heart, and it means a great deal to know that you felt cared for and thought of throughout.
Given the circumstances, the staff could not have been more accomodating, respectful, appropriate and helpfull. I could not have wished for a better time for my fathers last few days.
Your dad may have been with us for a short time, but he left a lasting impression, and were grateful we could support him with the dignity and compassion he deserved. Knowing that you and your family felt cared for means everything. Please accept our heartfelt thanks and our warmest wishes.
The culture at the home is excellent. Amongst the staff and between staff and residents and staff and residents families. Our dad was at Hall Park for a very short time (1 week) and we have been surprised at the connection made in this time with staff. They have all individually been kind, generous with their time. Compassionate and very sensitive in there care of our dad. Showed constant dignity and maintained their professional conduct throughout.
Thank you for sharing such a touching message. We are so glad your dad felt supported and respected during his time with us. Your appreciation means the world to our team. Were thinking of you and your family.
My Mum is a resident at Hall Park. I cannot praise the carers and all the staff enough for the care ,compassion and friendless they give my mum and myself. She is extermley well looked after and i know she is in a safe enviroment. The home is very welcoming and a happy cheerful place
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of you experience with us it's always lovely to receive positive feedback I will be sure to share this with the team who strive daily to deliver great care to our loved ones
I have to say this care home is the best I have come across. My mother has dementia and has been here since December 2025. She had been in 3 previous care homes which were not good at all. We looked round lots of homes had to make appointments for viewing, but with Hall Park we turned up at 5pm on a Sunday and they had no problem with it at all. They showed us round and answered all our questions. It was not rushed at all. They even showed us the laundry and kitchen. I knew immediately mum needed to be there. Since she moved in they have been fantastic. The carers are really hot on spotting when something is not right with mums health and wellbeing. I'm so grateful to them for looking after mum so well. Thank you so much.
Thank you for your warm and heartfelt review its always lovely for the team to hear positive feedback and i will be sure to pass this onto them .
I'm confident my mum is being well cared for. The staff are friendly and approachable and treat my mum with kindness. The meals are excellent and when I've been there at lunchtime always look and smell delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy whenever I have visited and my mum is always presentable. If there is one thing I would improve on its perhaps updating the room carpet and decor to freshen it up a little. But all in all I'm happy with the care my mum recieves.
Thank you for your review its always good to hear family's are happy in our home we will take on board your feedback and share this with the team .
It has not been an easy transition but all staff have worked hard to help my parents settle.
The addition of the salon has been excellent and staff have been excellent.
Dad's a vegitarian and staff have worked hard to ensure he has had a varied menu.
So far so good!
Thank you for your review it's lovely to receive feedback and hear that your parents are settling in to life at Hall Park i will share this with the team .
excellent.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us as a home to reflect, respond, and continue to progress.
I've been a resident here at hall park since January 2024. The facilities here are very good and since the newer mini bus has been fitted with tie downs I can go on any trips along with other residents. I've had many health issues some of which meant being admitted to hospital by ambulance. The garden in the grounds is developing and various vegetables have been eaten by staff and residents. I am very pleased that the family chose this care home above all others
Thank you for your lovely review. It is always wonderful to hear that our residents are happy here at Hall Park. We strive to ensure everyone feels welcomed into the family life and ethos that we are so proud of. I will be sure to share your kind words with the whole team, as they will be delighted to know the positive impact they are making.
Following a very unsettling and anxious initial few weeks (through no fault of Hall Park), the whole team of carers, domestic staff and management worked closely, patiently and tirelessly with the family to overcome this. There was constant reassurance and at no point did we feel anything other than confidence in their abilities to care.
Dad is now fully settled and happy and calls it home. There isn't enough space here to single out individual staff for recognition because everyone single one of them has played their part in welcoming and caring for dad. Without exception, the staff all go 'above and beyond'.
We know dad is in a safe, caring and stimulating environment and he is happy - we can't ask for more. Thank you.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and your kind words mean a great deal to all of us here at Hall Park. It's wonderful to hear that your dad is now feeling settled and at home. We understand how difficult those early weeks can be, and we're so pleased that the whole...
Brilliant home in my opinion! Staff were very friendly, caring and attentive; plenty of activities for residents to get involved in including a day out; clean and beautiful exterior to home. I also like that the visiting times were not restricted and you could visit at any time. Couldn't compliment this home enough!
Thank you for your review it's lovely to receive feedback I will forward this onto the team .
Mother has been in Hall Park since early this year , everything about the care home is 100% , from walking in the reception area a very friendly welcome, every one of the staff on the first floor are very kind and helpful, they really look after my mother in every way. The rooms are warm and very comfortable.
Thank you for your positive feedback it's always lovely to pass this onto the team .
Everyone is very friendly and helpful from the receptionist, office staff, carers and all helpers in the house. It is bright, very clean and a very welcoming place to visit. It in like visiting my sister's own home. The activities are relative and enjoyable and my sister loves them and takes part often. I am frequently offered a tea or coffee and there is a very happy atmosphere.
Thank you for your lovely feedback I will be sure to pass this on to the team
Always welcomed with a smile and the offer of fresh coffee and pastries.
All the staff were helpful with my dad and couldn't do enough for him.
It was like a 5 star holiday for him.
Thank you to the care home manager for all your advice and always there to have a chat.
I cannot thank you all enough for all the care you gave my dad while there, you are all stars.
Thank you for your review it's lovely to hear your positive experience. The team work hard to deliver high standards of quality care at all times. I will pass on your feedback on to the team.
The staff also look out for my dad, who has milder dementia, when he visits Mum. The way they are both treated gives me peace of mind that I made the right choice.
The home has recently undergone a major refurbishment and looks fantastic. I would certainly recommend Hall Park for anyone looking for a home for their loved ones.
Thank you for your review. The team work hard to deliver high standards of quality care at all times. I will pass on your feedback to the team who always look forward to seeing you and Dad on your visits.
The home has been very kind to my mum as she entered residence at the home. The transition was smooth and they have been very supportive. The care, to date, has been good, considerate to my mum's needs and compassionate towards the family.
Thank you for your review. The team work hard to deliver high standards of quality care at all times. I will pass on your feedback to the team who always look forward to seeing you on your visit.
Mum had an emotional, enjoyable but tiring day and loved all the attention and her cake (made by the home's chef).
Thank you Hall Park staff and residents for all that you did to make the day so special.

Hi, my name is Jodie, and I am the General Manager here at Hall Park. Welcome to our website!
I have 23 years of experience in care, have a level 5 qualification in health and social care and have been with Hall Park since the day we opened our doors in 2010. I am excited to be working here at Hall Park and very proud to be leading a wonderful team of people, all dedicated to supporting our extraordinary residents to live the best lives they can.
Our focus is to support residents to retain their interests for as long as possible while introducing them to new ones to enjoy with new friends.
Life enrichment is the heart of Hall Park.

I have worked at Hall Park for 9 years now and have progressed within my job role, from care assistant to Senior to Deputy manager, I enjoy working at Hall Park as every day brings something different.

I have been in the care sector for the past 34 years, starting as a care assistant and progressing along the way. I have always enjoyed working with dementia clientele and strive to empower those living with this to be as independent as they possibly can be. I have owned and managed a community care setting, as well as managed both residential and nursing settings. Having NVQ's level 2,3,4, and 5, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience which enables me to assist in leading and managing a healthy staff team alongside the General Manager and Deputy Manager.

Since starting at Hall Park, I have also completed my NVQ 3 in adult Social care, completed a course to become the End of Life Champion and am also the Home's Speak Up Champion.
Before starting here in 2024, I had never worked in care before but had helped care for Family members. I really enjoy my job and find it a very rewarding career. I have formed good relationships with the Residents and their Families and have a great team that I work with.

Natasha is our activities assistant here at Hall Park. She really enjoys her job as no day is ever the same. Putting on different daily activities for the residents to enjoy and keep them stimulated.
