Sutton Court Care Centre

The care provided to my mother as a resident was excellent. The staff were well trained and very polite to the resident and the family beginning from the management to the nurses, cleaners and launderers were good.

My mother wasn't expected to live longer due to her condition but because of the excellent care she received, she lived for an extra 2 years.

After talking with another woman whose mother is also in care but elsewhere, I was more than happy to recommend Sutton Court to her. The staff are always helpful, cheerful, respectful to my mum. The management knows all details of not just my parent but other clients too without having to check files constantly. There are always plenty of staff around no matter what time of day. Lots of activities and trips. Care is structured for individual clients, be it personal care or feeding etc. Any problems are dealt with efficiently involving appropriate officials bodies/family.

Very pleased with the home, first time experience for my mum. She has been treated with understanding. It was a worrying time for us all and the staff have made us feel welcome. I now am managing to sleep at home. I feel quite sure that my mum will thrive there. The staff and management are lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the good work!
