Sutton Court Care Centre is a purpose-built nursing home in Sutton in Surrey for 63 residents, spread across three and a half levels. All rooms are easily accessible via a passenger lift.

There are several communal lounges for residents to enjoy, as well as a pleasant conservatory area.

Highly motivated and well-trained staff are on hand to provide 24-hour nursing care to residents, and the home received an overall 'Good' rating by CQC inspectors in April 2017.

A daily menu of nutritious and well-balanced food is prepared by the home's chef using only the best ingredients available. Special dietary requirements of individuals can always be catered for.

Our Mum passed away on the 1st of March 2018. She had been living here for 3 years, almost. The care was excellent. The carers very kind, considerate and hygienic. All of the team cared about our Mum. Some went out of their way to help her. Thank you all. (Open, downstairs windows could be a security
risk.)

Our father has been resident here for 2 and a half years. The care is good. Sometimes communication is difficult due to language difficulties, however, it's not a major problem. The food is generally good. The suppers however we think need reviewing.

My nan came here on end of life care from another home. Six months on she is still with us and eating well. The staff are very friendly and there is always someone available to talk over any concerns.

The care provided to my mother as a resident was excellent. The staff were well trained and very polite to the resident and the family beginning from the management to the nurses, cleaners and launderers were good.


My mother wasn't expected to live longer due to her condition but because of the excellent

care she received, she lived for an extra 2 years.

After talking with another woman whose mother is also in care but elsewhere, I was more than happy to recommend Sutton Court to her. The staff are always helpful, cheerful, respectful to my mum. The management knows all details of not just my parent but other clients too without having to check files
constantly. There are always plenty of staff around no matter what time of day. Lots of activities and trips. Care is structured for individual clients, be it personal care or feeding etc. Any problems are dealt with efficiently involving appropriate officials bodies/family.

Very pleased with the home, first time experience for my mum. She has been treated with understanding. It was a worrying time for us all and the staff have made us feel welcome. I now am managing to sleep at home. I feel quite sure that my mum will thrive there. The staff and management are lovely people.
Nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the good work!
