I was a resident at Sutton Court Care Centre after suffering an accident. My care was then based on convalesence. This is a little different from the usual resident at this establishment, having said that, my care was professional and effective. The staff are fantastic, always prepared to attend to all your requirements. I have no hesitation to recommend Sutton Court Care Centre.

Mum was looked after extremely well by everyone at the home. Throughout her stay, she was treated with dignity and respect and felt like she was part of the family at the home. Communication regarding any issues was addressed, and the care was outstanding. Mum recently passed away at the home, and I would like to thank everyone involved with Ma for making her comfortable and keeping us informed at all times throughout. Thank you to you all.

A wonderful care home which should be a model for everyone. Staff are caring and efficient, and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot praise the owner, managers and staff enough. A truly superb place - spotlessly clean and run beautifully. A place where loved ones will feel well looked after. Top class!

Our dear sweet mum was a resident for only seven months. During that very sad and awful time of Covid-19 allowing no visitors, she was cared for beautifully. Due to Mum's dementia, she was never left alone for very long; she always had company of the supper carers to attend to all her needs. Mum was as happy as her illness would allow, but she was made to feel at home and comfortable by the cheerful and caring staff.

Caring home, nice environment with friendly and helpful staff.

Covid rules prevented the family to look at areas and limited outside visits in the hub.

Our 91-year-old mother was discharged from the hospital to Sutton Court Care Home with Covid four weeks ago. We obviously could not visit, which was very stressful. However, the nurses on the Covid floor were very kind and were happy for us to call frequently and talk and see Mum on Whatsapp or Skype. They looked after her like their own family until the end and treated her with dignity.

My father passed away only two weeks after moving in to Sutton Court Care Centre but during his time there he was treated very well. On the day of his death, the staff were amazing. I would like to mention one person especially, the senior carer, who is a credit to Sutton Court.

My father was only in Sutton Court a short while, but whilst he was in there he was treated with the utmost care and respect. We were informed on a daily basis about his condition and the staff were friendly and very professional at all times during our visits. When it came to the last few hours of Dad's life, I will never forget how kind the nurses were towards my family - they were very respectful, caring, and highly professional. It gave us peace of mind that Dad ended his life with the dignity and kindness he deserved.

Staff at the third floor were extremely kind and took special care of my mum. Though her stay turned out to be very short, my family and I felt like mum was been looked after well. She received very personal care. I am thankful to the staff.

You could not have had a greater caring people than the staff at this home. The staff treated the clients and their families as if they were related. They made you feel welcome when you went in and nothing was too much of an effort. It was the best home for my mum and I looked at a few before I chose this one.

My husband was cared for beautifully. The nurses and the care assistants were lovely. He was treated with affection and respect. He was very comfortable and I believe despite his worsening condition he was happy. We, his family which is quite large and his many friends who visited often were treated with kindness. This is a lovely place and I was fortunate that my husband could be here. It made our last weeks together wonderful. I could not have cared for him like this at home and I really appreciate you all.

My aunt was cared for in the final months of her long life by the staff and management at Sutton Court. She was fortunate to be cared for by people who loved her, they treated her with the same compassion and humanity my aunt had extended to others in her own lifetime. We are grateful to everyone at Sutton Court for their devotion to their jobs and the people in their care.

My mother went into Sutton Court Care Home on 17th September 2019. She had lung cancer and was very frail. The support she was given by every member of staff was amazing. Even when she couldn't walk anymore, the staff on Floor 2 (who were incredible) took her by wheelchair to the lounge so that she could eat, converse with other people and watch TV! They treated her with care and respect and we can't thank them all enough.

The management, nurses and carers are very nice and caring towards the residents. They seem to be busy all the time.
Lots of activities and always something going on to keep residents amused and active.

Their response time to problems is very good as soon as there is a problem they try to sort it very quickly and create a solution for it

I feel that when I first came to Sutton Court I thought I came to end my days and fortunately bounced back to life thanks for the care that I received. It has made me feel like I am alive again.
