Sutton Court Care Centre is a purpose-built nursing home in Sutton in Surrey for 63 residents, spread across three and a half levels. All rooms are easily accessible via a passenger lift.

There are several communal lounges for residents to enjoy, as well as a pleasant conservatory area.

Highly motivated and well-trained staff are on hand to provide 24-hour nursing care to residents, and the home received an overall 'Good' rating by CQC inspectors in April 2017.

A daily menu of nutritious and well-balanced food is prepared by the home's chef using only the best ingredients available. Special dietary requirements of individuals can always be catered for.

My father has been here for two and a half years he is looked after very well and he is very happy here. All the staff are very friendly here and I go home knowing my dad is looked after.

My mother went into Sutton Court Care Home on 17th September 2019. She had lung cancer and was very frail. The support she was given by every member of staff was amazing. Even when she couldn't walk anymore, the staff on Floor 2 (who were incredible) took her by wheelchair to the lounge so that she
could eat, converse with other people and watch TV! They treated her with care and respect and we can't thank them all enough.

The management, nurses and carers are very nice and caring towards the residents. They seem to be busy all the time.
Lots of activities and always something going on to keep residents amused and active.
Their response time to problems is very good as soon as there is a problem they try to sort it

Excellent care from the team, very happy and felt welcomed right from the start. The staff are attentive to my requests and wishes.

I am so happy that I chose Sutton Court Care home for my mum as she has settled down so well and has told me how content she is it makes me at peace when I leave her knowing she is being well cared for. The staff are so caring and make sure all the residents ate kept well and happy. There is a lot going

Dad spent his last 2 months at Sutton Court and they were very happy days for him. The staff are genuine, the level of care is very personal. These are people that have genuine lovely humanity. I would definitely recommend this care home to anyone considering aged care.

Sutton Court has been like a second family. It is very comforting to be able to go to sleep at night knowing that Mum was being cared for so brilliantly. The whole team at Sutton Court, from the nurses, care assistants, the wonderful people that looked after the laundry and kept Sutton Court clean,
they are a superb group, and the management office staff and event/activity arranger.The team always kept me informed. Whenever I visited I was always made very welcome. The professionalism of all the staff made me feel very confident that Mum was being very well cared for. The staff were always so enthusiastic and I know they gave 100% to the residents of Sutton Court.

I look forward to my visits to see my mum. The staff are always having a laugh and a joke with her. When she first came here in Dec 2017 she would hardly say anything and would not eat. Now she has put on weight and is looking like her old self thanks to the dedicated staff who look after her.

My nan, unfortunately, passed away in March this year and up until this time my nan was incredibly well looked after. The care she received was exceptional and her needs were always met. We had to travel quite a way to get to see her but the staff were always accommodating with us. The funeral was obviously
upsetting but the care home was excellent with the wake. The food was delicious and the hosting was sympathetic and very helpful. On behalf of myself and our family, I would like to say a huge thanks for everything you did for her and helped make her time with you as comfortable as possible. We miss her terribly but I know that she was well cared for and she was always very complimentary towards the staff. Thank you, if we lived closer I would definitely recommend you to friends and family. Thanks again.

My aunt appeared comfortable with the staff. She liked the open lounge and garden and bedroom. On every visit, we noted she and other residents appeared clean and groomed. Staff presented as caring and we appreciated their hospitality.

The level of care provided was excellent. All the staff we met, whatever their role, were friendly, helpful and courteous and contributed to creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere within the home. The Manager and care staff demonstrated sensitivity, kindness, compassion and efficiency in the
way they undertook their duties. We are immensely grateful for the care and support they provided and the way in which they enabled our relative to spend the last weeks of her life with dignity and respect.

The management and staff who looked after my darling wife were of the top notch. Wonderful is the word, they were very kind and caring. It felt to me as a home. I asked my wife once if she was scared, she said no. I can't thank all of them enough they are truly wonderful.

We were very happy with my mum's care at the home she was living. The staff always made sure mum looked nice and clean, as mum didn't eat very well the kitchen always tried to provide food to tempt her.
The lady on reception has always been very kind to me, will help me in any way. If I've had any
problems she would sort it out. Thank you for looking after mum.
