Sutton Court Care Centre is a purpose-built nursing home in Sutton in Surrey for 63 residents, spread across three and a half levels. All rooms are easily accessible via a passenger lift.

There are several communal lounges for residents to enjoy, as well as a pleasant conservatory area.

Highly motivated and well-trained staff are on hand to provide 24-hour nursing care to residents, and the home received an overall 'Good' rating by CQC inspectors in April 2017.

A daily menu of nutritious and well-balanced food is prepared by the home's chef using only the best ingredients available. Special dietary requirements of individuals can always be catered for.

My mother was diagnosed with dementia about three years ago and was referred to Sutton Court for assessment. Covid broke out across the country, so it was decided that she should stay at Sutton Court. This was a Godsend for our family, as she has been well cared for ever since. All staff have been respectful
and have gone above and beyond o look after this 100-year-old. She sadly died this week, and we have been kept informed every step of the way. Thank you, Sutton Court Care Centre.

My aunt resided in this care home for over three years. We honestly were very pleased we chose this excellent home for her. All staff we engaged with are committed to providing friendly excellent care. The home is spotless and has very modern facilities. I would recommend this home to anyone.

I was a resident at Sutton Court Care Centre after suffering an accident. My care was then based on convalesence. This is a little different from the usual resident at this establishment, having said that, my care was professional and effective. The staff are fantastic, always prepared to attend to
all your requirements. I have no hesitation to recommend Sutton Court Care Centre.

Mum was looked after extremely well by everyone at the home. Throughout her stay, she was treated with dignity and respect and felt like she was part of the family at the home. A wonderful care home which should be a model for everyone. Staff are caring and efficient, and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot praise the owner, managers and staff enough. Our dear sweet mum was a resident for only seven months. During that very sad and awful time of Covid-19 allowing no visitors, she was cared for beautifully. Due to Mum's dementia, she was never left alone for very long; she always had company of the supper carers to attend to all her needs. Mum was
as happy as her illness would allow, but she was made to feel at home and comfortable by the cheerful and caring staff.

Our 91-year-old mother was discharged from the hospital to Sutton Court Care Home with Covid four weeks ago. We obviously could not visit, which was very stressful. However, the nurses on the Covid floor were very kind and were happy for us to call frequently and talk and see Mum on Whatsapp or Skype.
They looked after her like their own family until the end and treated her with dignity.

My father passed away only two weeks after moving in to Sutton Court Care Centre but during his time there he was treated very well. On the day of his death, the staff were amazing. I would like to mention one person especially, the senior carer, who is a credit to Sutton Court.

My father was only in Sutton Court a short while, but whilst he was in there he was treated with the utmost care and respect. We were informed on a daily basis about his condition and the staff were friendly and very professional at all times during our visits. When it came to the last few hours of
Dad's life, I will never forget how kind the nurses were towards my family - they were very respectful, caring, and highly professional. It gave us peace of mind that Dad ended his life with the dignity and kindness he deserved.

Staff at the third floor were extremely kind and took special care of my mum. Though her stay turned out to be very short, my family and I felt like mum was been looked after well. She received very personal care. I am thankful to the staff.

You could not have had a greater caring people than the staff at this home. The staff treated the clients and their families as if they were related. They made you feel welcome when you went in and nothing was too much of an effort. It was the best home for my mum and I looked at a few before I chose

My husband was cared for beautifully. The nurses and the care assistants were lovely. He was treated with affection and respect. He was very comfortable and I believe despite his worsening condition he was happy. We, his family which is quite large and his many friends who visited often were treated
with kindness. This is a lovely place and I was fortunate that my husband could be here. It made our last weeks together wonderful. I could not have cared for him like this at home and I really appreciate you all.
